We are currently hiring for a Full Stack MuleSoft Developer role for one of our leading clients in the Insurance domain. This is a contractual position (1+ year duration) that offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact integration projects using the latest technologies.

Preferably Insurance Domain

• Candidate with 4+ years of experience with required skillset
• MuleSoft Anypoint Platform: Proficiency in using MuleSoft's integration platform, including design, development, and deployment of APIs and integrations preferred.
• Java, SpringBoot, JSP, Hibernate, Tomcat
• API Design and Development: Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, as well as API design best practices. OpenAPI knowledge will be an advantage
• Integration Patterns: Knowledge of various integration patterns, including real-time and batch processing.
• Data Transformation: Familiarity with data transformation and mapping between different formats (JSON, XML, etc.).
• Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Openshift, Azure) and deployment of integrations in cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• DevOps Practices: Understanding of CI/CD processes, automation, and tools related to code deployment and version control (e.g., Maven, Jenkins, Git).
• Monitoring and Logging: Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques for performance tuning and troubleshooting (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk).
• In addition to your Integration technical expertise, you'll also liaise with architects, analysts, and developers to ensure that all deliverables are supported by the correct architectural implementation.
• Contribute and assist the team lead towards development of the backlogs, producing delivery plans as part of backlog of various initiatives. Contributes towards development of robust ways of working, including implementation of Agile practices.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and convey out-of-the-box solutions, along with solution ideas to key decision makers to focus on their business issues
• Understand and articulate the benefits of LogiNext products to educate enterprise clients on the value proposition of our products
• Conduct on-field and on-site Proof of Concepts wherever required to assist clients validate technical requirements
• Associate with Account managers and Business Development managers to pilot complex deal cycles with C-level executives
• Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology and finance team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Recognize product and technology disparity with customers and present a point of view to product and leadership teams
• Run change management programs to drive change on the ground by working with client’s on-field workforce at the warehouse or remote branches
• Perform business analytics on the client’s business KPIs and present to the client’s management
• Generate leads by reaching out to prospective clients across countries and time-zones

• Assist business development manager in achieving the sales targets by conducting pilots, showcasing results and building conviction at the client

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Statistics or related field
• 4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or sales preferably in SaaS companies
• Solid know-how of Enterprise SaaS products
• Ability to multi task at a high degree with passion, strong initiatives and positive attitude
• Advanced skill-set for driving system integrations, gathering requirements, documenting RFI/RFPs and cross-functional project management
• Proficient in Excel and SQL
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments
• Confident and dynamic working persona, which can bring fun to the team, and sense of humor, is a plus
• Strong organizational skills, judgment and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure
• Willingness to travel around 100% of the time within the city and between cities

Responsibilities:

• Collateral Development: Create compelling marketing collateral using PowerPoint presentations that communicate our brand, products, and services.

• Market Research for Collaterals: Conduct research to gain insights into market trends, customer behavior, and competitors, with a focus on aligning marketing collaterals with our company's materials while maintaining consistency with our existing brand materials.

• Visual Design: Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, Canva, and PowerPoint to design visually appealing graphics, images, and visuals for marketing materials.

• Communication: Maintain effective communication with consultants from various regions, ensuring a smooth exchange of ideas and information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Social Media: Support our social media presence and engage with our audience. This includes supporting the sharing of content, responding to messages, and monitoring social media performance.

• Stakeholder Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives.

• Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks related to marketing, including but not limited to email communication, document organization, and file management.

• Time Management: Efficiently manage your time to meet project deadlines, even in high-pressure situations. Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure smooth project execution.

• Adaptability: Be a versatile team player willing to take on various roles and responsibilities as needed. Embrace change, and proactively learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Main Priorities:

Experienced in Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of Microfocus EMS tool. Operational Knowledge on below mentioned modules is a must.
