• Education: BE/MCA or equivalent.
• Solid experience in software testing, with a combination of development experience being a plus.
• Good knowledge of web and mobile testing principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with various technologies, including Web and Client-Server.
• Good understanding of testing methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative.
• Competent in functional testing (manual and automation) with a good understanding of basic testing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools relevant to web and mobile testing (e.g., Selenium, Appium).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Identity: Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for Cron AI across various platforms, ensuring consistency in branding elements.
2. Marketing Collateral: Design engaging and impactful marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, and social media visuals.
3. Web Design: Collaborate with the web development team to create visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
4. Product Design: Work closely with product teams to design user interfaces and experiences that align with Cron AI's design principles and enhance overall usability.
5. Illustrations and Graphics: Create visually stunning illustrations and graphics for use in presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and development, to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality assets.
7. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in web design and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design decisions.
• A passion for staying at the forefront of design trends and technologies.

Job Brief:

We are looking for a C# .Net Developer with experience as Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You will be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. You should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Responsibilities:

·       Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.

·       Design client-side and server-side architecture

·       Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.

·       Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.

·       Write effective APIs.

·       Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.

·       Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.

·       Create security and data protection settings.

·       Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.

Requirements:

·       Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer

·       Experience in .Net, MVC framework

·       Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.

·       Proven experience in UI development with strong concepts in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

·       Strong command on API Development

·       Familiarity with databases- SQL, SQL Server DB

·       Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Node)

·       Problem Solving and Logical building.

·       Good to have- Knowledge in Azure Logic Apps, Azure, Azure function app.
