Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AEM Forms Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level forms and document solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with adaptive forms, workflows, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AEM Adaptive Forms, XDPs, and PDF forms
• Implement AEM Forms workflows, including approvals and automated processes
• Customize AEM Forms using Java, Sling, OSGi, and HTL
• Integrate AEM Forms with backend systems (REST/SOAP services, databases)
• Work on form validations, pre-fill services, and submit actions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to forms, workflows, and deployments
• Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX teams, and backend developers
• Ensure best practices for security, performance, and scalability
• Support deployment activities and production issues

Required Skills

• Strong experience with AEM Forms (6.x)
• Hands-on experience with Adaptive Forms and Workflows
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Sling, OSGi, Maven
• Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
• Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Experience with CRXDE, Package Manager, Dispatcher (good to have)
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Good to Have

• Adobe AEM certification
• Experience with Document Services (PDF Generator, Output, Assembler)
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
