AEM Forms Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally.
• Handle bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny.
• Prepare and finalize Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure timely GST filings, reconciliations, and handling of notices.
• Manage TDS deductions, payments, return filings, and reconciliations.
• Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance and return filings.
• Handle PF compliance and other statutory filings.
• Coordinate and manage internal and statutory audits, including audit finalization.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis using Advanced Excel.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in Tally and accounting software.
• Thorough knowledge of bookkeeping, journal entries, and audit finalization.
• Expertise in GST, TDS, tax returns, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in preparing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance.
• Experience in managing year-end closing processes.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• CA Inter / CMA Inter or relevant certification preferred.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience, preferably handling accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable applications using MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and TypeScript.

Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices, performance, and security.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps teams to streamline development.

Contribute to AI-powered application development (if experienced in AI/ML).

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ 2.5+ years of experience in MERN stack development.

✅ Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js.

✅ Strong database management skills with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

✅ Proven experience in leading development teams and conducting code reviews.

✅ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

✅ Bonus: Experience in AI/ML-based applications is a plus.

Prepare Agreement of Sale & Sale Deed

Follow up with the customers for Payments, Registrations

Coordination with Banker for Loan Process

Update Customer Database

Should resolve Customer queries by coordinating with the Civil Team

Should take updates from the Projects Team regarding their flats and update customers

Should prepare MIS Reports

End to End Process from the purchase of the flat till handover process

• About Team Sequoia

Job Requirements:       

·        Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Computer Science or Engineering.

·        Minimum 5 years of experience working as a senior–level Software Engineer

·        Excellent programming and debugging skills in RoR and Python

·        Experience in web development and automation

·        Experience developing on Windows and Linux systems 

Although not required, the following are a plus: 

·        Experience working with Build scripts, Shell scripts, Makefiles

·        Experience with Jenkins and other CI/CD tools

·        Knowledge of RESTful web services and docker

What you need to have:

• Should have experience researching problem statements and designing solutions that meet the desired UX goals and stakeholder requirements

• Should be able to rapidly prototype ideas; pen and paper will do for mockups. Should be familiar with prototyping tools or front end code for higher fidelity prototyping

• Good communication skills. Must be able to communicate idea to all stakeholders product, engineering and design

• Must have average above average knowledge of the Adobe Suite

• Must be able to look at the product as a whole to design workflows that scale

• Must be able to measure UX changes and suggest further improvements

• Should be able to build UI components that meet the desired UX. Should be able to understand and respect the UX

• Should follow the style guide and design according to the guidelines

• Understanding of typography, typographic grid, grid based systems, design frameworks and responsive design principles is required. Should be able to adapt and extend the style guide as required and define new UI components when needed

• Should be able to build reusable UI components

• Good communication with the product and engineering teams to assess feasibility of UI components

• Experience with motion/interaction design a plus

• Must know the Adobe Creative Suite well. Must also be familiar with prototyping tools
