As Head of Marketing, you will own the overall marketing strategy and execution for GoFloaters across India (and future markets). This is a player-coach role: you will both design strategy and personally roll up your sleeves to run campaigns, experiment with new channels, and build systems that can scale.

- Design and run continuous experiments across channels (SEO, paid, social, email, WhatsApp, product-led growth, referrals).
- Use AI tools extensively to research markets, generate content, ideate creatives, and analyze performance.
- Build and maintain experimentation frameworks: hypotheses, test design, measurement, learning documentation, and iteration.
Hands-on Campaign Execution
- Personally create and launch campaigns across channels:
- Performance: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting.
- Organic: SEO, blog, landing pages, community, LinkedIn.
- Lifecycle: email/WhatsApp nurture, onboarding flows, reactivation.
- Work closely with sales and operations to align campaigns with real customer needs and on-the-ground feedback.
- Own messaging, positioning, and storytelling for key GTM motions (new cities, new products, new segments like SMBs, startups, enterprises).
Brand & Content
- Own GoFloaters’ narrative: why we exist, who we serve, and how we are different.
- Build a content engine: articles, case studies, comparison guides, videos, carousels, webinars, and playbooks for founders and office decision-makers.
- Use AI copilots to rapidly generate, repurpose, and localize content while maintaining a strong brand voice.
Data, Tooling & Operations
- Set up and manage the marketing stack (analytics, CRM, automation, attribution, experiment tracking).
- Define and report on key metrics: CAC, LTV, lead quality, conversion rates by channel, funnel performance, and campaign ROI.
- Implement AI-driven workflows for lead scoring, segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation.
