ReactJs Developer

We are looking for a ReactNative Software Engineer to join our engineering teams at our office in Hyderabad.

Experience?

• 6months - 1 year of experience working on Reactjs. Experience building a Product, preferably SAAS.

Technical Skillset?

• Good knowledge of JavaScript. Experience in TypeScript is preferred but not mandatory; we prefer to develop all JS in TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience in ReactNative Framework.
• Good knowledge of state management patterns and libraries such as Redux, Context API, React Hooks, and other modern state management solutions.
• Must have extensive experience working on javascript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of backend technologies is a plus.
• Understanding of offline handling capabilities using SQLite or similar DBs.
• Experience designing and maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane, and industry best practices.
• Experience implementing and maintaining logging and crash reporting solutions using BugSnag, Firebase Crashlytics, and Sentry.
• Experience with user analytics frameworks like MixPanel or WebEngage.

Functional Skillset?

• Comfortable “working virtually” with teammates and customers worldwide - we do a lot of Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet.
• Good proficiency in the English language.
• An inclination to get things done based on clear/aggressive goals setting and improving on productivity metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user-centric features on web platforms to enhance overall experience and usability.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver cohesive and scalable products.
• Solve diverse technical and integration challenges by building efficient solutions that connect with automation systems.
• Apply best practices to create reusable, testable, and maintainable components and frameworks.
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsive and adaptive design across multiple devices and browsers.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of modern front-end development frameworks and architecture.
• Hands-on experience building interactive, high-performance web applications.
• Proficiency with:
• React, Redux, and TypeScript
• Build tools like Vite, CSS preprocessors such as Less/Sass
• Solid grasp of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience integrating front-end solutions with REST APIs or automation systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Working with designers, product managers to collaboratively own the front-end layer at FalconBrick and deliver stellar end user experiences
• Building responsive and elegant mobile and desktop web UIs
• Test, debug and maintain the application software throughout the product lifecycle
• Architect, develop and maintain front-end libraries

Desired Candidate Profile

• You love working with JavaScript and are very familiar with JavaScript design patterns and can build fairly complex UI
• Have at least 2 years experience in development of responsive web/mobile applications using advanced JS and web technologies
• And with at least 1 year of experience building frontend UI with a framework like ReactJS
• Youre very comfortable in writing HTML and CSS and love designing beautiful webpages
• Have good communication skills, strong work ethics And are comfortable with agile, iterative development practices and code reviews

• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
• Reviewing site requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
• Writing user interface codes using JavaScript following react.js/next.js workflows.
• Troubleshooting site interface and debugging developed site codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
• Documenting site changes and developing updates.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge in react frameworks such as Next Js etc.,.
• Previous experience working as a react.js developer.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Experience with web/graphic design applications such as Figma,  Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop,  Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Good project management skills.
• Developer must have proven work experience on version control and source code management like GIT, Bitbucket.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field. 
• Minimum 3+ years of UI/Frontend development and a strong understanding of building complex layouts using JavaScript, CSS and HTML.

KEY SKILLS

• Strong computer system analysis and design skills in current methodologies and patterns including vanilla JavaScript, some experience with ReactJS, Redux, React Native, Webpack, and Typescript or similar library/tools.
• Obsessed with WPO (Web Performance Optimization) and web/mobile performance analysis.
• Experienced with web standards and protocols such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and socket APIs in general.
• Familiar with web security, SEO, accessibility and internationalization.

• Responsible for the implementation of end-to-end modules starting from user interface, business logic layer and database layer.
• Proficient in HTML, javascript.
• React JS experience is an added advantage.
• Assists in research, design, documentation, and modification of software specifications throughout the software development life cycle.
• Analyzes, troubleshoots, and optimizes code.
• Participates in requirements gathering meetings and produces technical documentation as needed.

We are seeking a Frontend developer who has a knack for coming up with creative solutions to unique problems. You should have good time management skills and be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a cross-discipline team of product managers, strategists, UX designers, art directors, and developers. Most importantly, you have an eye for detail and the ability to make beautiful designs come to life through code.
