About the Role

As a Subject Matter Expert/Team Lead in software development, you will be responsible for overseeing front-end and back-end development teams and their projects. You will push the boundaries of back-end development using the MEAN stack, design and implement APIs to

support front-end services and contribute to the creation of a highly scalable, flexible, and secure backend. In addition, your role will involve optimizing team performance and development through effective leadership and management.

Job Responsibilities:

● Provide leadership and guidance to front-end and back-end

development teams, ensuring the successful completion of projects.

● Demonstrate exceptional coding skills in JavaScript, both on the front

end and backend.

● Utilize advanced proficiency in the MEAN stack (NodeJS, MongoDB,

Express, Angular) to develop robust software solutions.

● Exhibit proficiency and hands-on experience with HTML5 and CSS3

for efficient web development.

● Apply thorough knowledge of software development best practices,

including coding standards, code reviews, source control

management, build processes, continuous integration, and delivery.

● Possess exceptional verbal, written, and listening skills to effectively

communicate technical concepts and requirements.

● Adapt quickly to learn new technologies and incorporate them into the

development process.

● Optimize team performance and development through effective

leadership and management skills.

● Foster excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Ability to work on diverse backend stack such as Node JS, Express JS
2. Ability to work on diverse frontend stack such as Meteor JS, React JS, HTML5, CSS3

3. Ability to deliver quick POC’s using cutting edge technologies.

4. Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.

5. Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards

6. Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications. Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems.

7. Ability to debug the application.

8. Should have complete knowledge of developing RESTful Services.

9. Should be able to also work in agile development methodology.
10. Work with designated JavaScript framework to design, develop, and debug web applications
11. Work with the team to manage, optimize, and customize multiple web applications
12. Manage end to end module lifecycle management of the product
13. Push and pull codes via Git repository

Competency Requirements

1. Experience in NodeJS and development using MeteroJS
2. Experience in front end frameworks - Meteor JS
3. Experience in client/server application development
4. Knowledge of agile development methodologies
5. Knowledge of unit testing theory
6. Knowledge of AWS cloud
7. Knowledge of other frontend frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS will be an advantage

.Net developer role will involve working in all phases of the software development cycle. Build new systems with Microsoft technologies with a primary focus on C#, .NET, .Net Core,Web API, SQL, Entity Framework, Async Programing, Git, and Design patterns. Be an effective team player in a small, experienced and energetic team working on rapid and agile development schedules.

 3-5 years of experience as a developer

 3+ years in Microsoft Web-related Technologies

 Deep knowledge of the .NET Framework, .NET Core,

.Net, MVC, C#, ENTITY Framework, REST web-services

– Authentication, Authorization, Performance Tuning,

JSON, Unit testing – Nunit, Xunit

 Experience in Data Modelling, Object Oriented Designs

 Experience in integrating with other systems like Payment

gateway or third-party API or integration tools like Boomi

 Hands-on experience in SQL Server stored procedure

development and fine-tuning.

 Experience in using GitHub, project management, defect

tracking tools.

 Provide accurate status to Management/Project Managers

and escalating where appropriate

 Mentor and guide new developers and team

 Self-directed with excellent problem-solving skills

 Strong written and Oral communication skills and must be

a fast learner adapting to new technologies and frameworks.

 Review test plans with QA & drive the code reviews

within the team

 BE in CS, MCA or BSc in Math or equivalent
