Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Report (Power BI) Engineer / Developer to design and develop business-critical reporting solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI dashboards and paginated reports, along with hands-on experience in SQL Server, Snowflake, and Databricks.

Mandatory Skills :

Power BI, Power BI Dashboards, Paginated Reports, SQL Server, T-SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Data Warehousing, ETL, SQL Query Optimization.

Key Skills Required :

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Dashboards and Paginated Reports.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL development.
• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and SQL performance optimization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with cloud data modernization projects.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance practices.

Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.

 Promote financial products such as personal loans, business loans, insurance and investment solutions.

 Explain product details, benefits, interests rates, and eligibility criteria  Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate financial solutions.

 Follow up with the leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.  Achieve assigned sales targets and KPI’S on a daily and monthly basis.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven fresher to join as an AI Engineer and work on building AI-native systems from scratch.

This is a full-stack engineering role where you will:

• Build backend systems using Python (FastAPI)
• Develop frontend interfaces using React + Vite
• Work on AI-powered workflows and automation systems

You will directly contribute to building real-world systems used in regulated industries.

Expectations / Deliverables :-

● Build enduring relationships with skilling organizations for co-creation of curriculum for the program

● GOYN brand-building and formalizing partnerships with skilling partners

● Engage with employers in the Logistics industry to be a part of the working group and co-create the curriculum with skilling partners

● Ensure co-creation of courses curriculum for Basix and Advanced courses by skilling organizations and employers

● Ensure creation of a dynamic working relationship with partners to ensure smooth enrolment of youth into the program, completion of training and placements.

● Ensure timely updates from partners regarding youth livelihood status to help maintain the youth journey database

● Put in place feedback mechanisms to record and act on feedback from partners and youth

● Ensure post placement support and engagement with employers to bring about changes at workplace to make the sector more aspirational for youth

● Be up to date with any developments in the ecosystem and forge new partnerships with youth facing organizations, skilling organisations and employers in the Logistics and supply chain sector

Requirements ;-

Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background:

● Post Graduation in any background, with 1-3 years of experience in the field of partnership building from corporate background

● Computer proficiency- MS Office

● Strong commitment towards building relationships with organizations in the ecosystem

● Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English

● Ability to handle difficult situations with confidence and wisdom.

• Good understanding and experience of HTML / CSS / JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with ES6 / ES7 / ES8 features.
• Thorough understanding of the Request Lifecycle (including Event Queue, Event Loop, Worker Threads, etc).
• Familiarity with security principles including SSL protocols, data encryption, XSS, CSRF.
• Expertise in Web Services / REST APIs will be beneficial.
• Proficiency in Linux and deployment on Linux are valuable.
• Knowledge about ORM like Sequelize and ODM like Mongoose and the ability to handle DB transactions is a necessity.
• Experience with Angular JS / React JS will be an added advantage.
• Expertise with RDBMS like MySQL / PostgreSQL will be a plus.
• Knowledge of AWS services like S3, EC2 will be helpful.
• Understanding of Agile and CI/CD will be of value.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will build new features across everything from the backend logic to UI components.
• Working on back-end web development using core PHP/ Laravel framework. 
• You have a good understanding of backend and database technologies. This means that you are comfortable owning and working on a feature end-to-end on both its frontend and backend parts.
• Working on database management and operations using MySQL
• Explore new technologies, new platforms, API integration and development, database development, etc. to help the company build desired product 
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and highly testable code
