WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

● 1 year of full life-cycle IT Recruiting Experience, in either an agency or corporate setting

● Familiarity with different selection methods (screening, interviews, assignments)

● Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity

● Must have Strong Knowledge of IT Technologies and skills

● Experience in handling multiple vendors.

● Great interpersonal and communication skills

● MBA in human resources or similar relevant field

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Data Strategy and Vision:

·       Develop and drive the company's data analytics strategy, aligning it with overall business goals.

·       Define the vision for data analytics, outlining clear objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure success.

2.   Data Analysis and Interpretation:

·       Oversee the analysis of complex datasets to extract valuable insights, trends, and patterns.

·       Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

3.   Data Infrastructure and Tools:

·       Evaluate, select, and implement advanced analytics tools and platforms to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.

·       Collaborate with IT teams to ensure a robust and scalable data infrastructure, including data storage, retrieval, and security protocols.

4.   Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

·       Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to identify opportunities for data-driven optimizations.

·       Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication of data insights and recommendations.

5.   Performance Measurement:

·       Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the impact of data analytics initiatives on business outcomes.

·       Continuously assess and improve the accuracy and relevance of analytical models and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in data analytics, with a focus on leading analytics teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, and advanced knowledge of data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modelling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex findings to diverse audie 

• Understand the brief, participate in brainstorming and produce creative designs that result in an engaging consumer journey. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team and copywriters to understand the exact requirements and expectations. 

• Be a great team player and coordinate with other design teams to seek and provide design assistance.
• Use proficient creative software skills to create a variety of static and motion graphics for communication design. 
• Learn business requirements and organisational values to adapt the same in designs. 

• Understand how creatives are performing via analysing performance data and incorporate the same understanding into subsequent creatives.

Technical Expertise

Must Have Skills:

· Proven experience as a Fusion Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC),

· Strong hand on experience generating BI reports (strictly Mandatory)

· Proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, Web Services, and other relevant programming languages.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.

· Prior experience in a customer-facing technical support role is a plus resolving P1/P2 tickets in a close deadline.

· Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, including Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, and ADF.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.

· Oracle certifications in Fusion Middleware and OIC are highly desirable.

Good To Have Skills:

· Good to have functional knowledge of AR, AP, GL,CM, Expense, FA, Procurement side.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges related to Oracle Fusion applications and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

· Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for technical issues, system outages, and integration bottlenecks in a timely and efficient manner.

· Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems related to Fusion applications, OIC integrations, interfaces, and extensions.

· Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid future technical glitches.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

· Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, best practices, and solution implementation details.

· Participate in regular status meetings with clients to address support requests, provide updates, and offer recommendations for process improvement.

· Stay updated with the latest releases, patches, and updates related to Oracle Fusion applications and OIC.

We are looking for a Blockchain Developer with a focus on scaling best

practices, reducing engineer toil, and ensuring reliability and stability of the NST Blockchain Platform. This engineer will also work with all engineers to understand pain points and find a balance in the “now” vs the “future”, while also proposing foundational Blockchain. This individual will need to take into consideration performance, reliability, stability, and developer happiness to ensure that we are providing a world-class community-building experience for our internal team, external contributors, creators, and users.

Priorities can change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role

includes, but is not limited to the following:

1. At least 3+ years of work experience in blockchain related projects

(preferably enterprise blockchain)

2. Good knowledge in Hyperledger Fabric related projects.

3. Knowledge of Data Structures is preferred.

4. Good with either one of the programming languages: JavaScript or Golang

(preferably Golang)

5. Experience working with some DevOps tools like docker, docker-compose,

ansible. (Knowledge of Kubernetes is even better)

6. Experience working with both SQL & NoSQL Databases, DB Migration,

Disaster Recovery.

7. Should be able to manage a small team, in terms of work management,

coding sessions, code review.

8. Good communications skills.

9. Additional certification in either Hyperledger or Kubernetes is preferred.
