About the Role:

As a Founder’s Office Intern, you will work directly with the founding team on high-impact strategic and operational projects. This is a fast-paced role for someone who is curious, driven, and looking to get hands-on experience in early-stage startups, especially across fundraising, go-to-market execution, and product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the founders in fundraising activities: investor research, outreach, CRM management, and follow-ups
• Support in building and refining investor pitch decks, data rooms, and company narratives
• Process and track outreach to 300+ venture capitalists and angel networks
• Coordinate investor meetings and prepare briefing notes
• Execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies by identifying and approaching MSMEs
• Conduct competitive analysis and assist in defining product positioning and differentiation
• Create reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal reviews and external stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and tech teams to drive high-priority initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Students/recent grads from institutes with proven startup hustle
• Strong research, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Sheets; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
• Prior experience in startups, VC outreach, consulting, or GTM execution is highly preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle ambiguity

Compensation

• Joining Bonus: INR 2,500 one-time bonus upon joining.
• Monthly Stipend: Base stipend of INR 8,000 per month, with the potential to increase up to INR 20,000 based on performance evaluations.

As an SDET - QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality of our software applications. You will work closely with developers and product management to ensure test coverage and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts using various frameworks.

Full Stack Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.

Your primary focus will be the development of all server side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the frontend elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of frontend technologies is necessary as well.
