Job Summary:

The Assistant Professor – Physician Assistant will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students, conducting practical and clinical training sessions, guiding academic projects, and supporting departmental academic and research activities. The candidate should possess strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on clinical expertise in medical and surgical patient care, diagnostic procedures, and clinical management.

Minimum Qualification:

B.Sc. in Physician Assistant (or equivalent qualification in Physician Assistant)

Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching or clinical experience as a Physician Assistant

Valid professional registration/license (if applicable as per regulatory authority)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions in Physician Assistant subjects as per curriculum requirements.

Train students in:

• History taking and physical examination
• Clinical documentation and patient assessment
• Interpretation of laboratory investigations and diagnostic reports
• Assisting in minor and major procedures
• Emergency care and basic life support

Supervise students during clinical postings and hospital training.

Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and evaluation methods.

Assess student performance through internal assessments, practical examinations, OSCEs, and viva voce.

Maintain academic records, attendance registers, and examination documentation.

Participate in curriculum development and departmental planning activities.

Guide students in academic projects, case presentations, research activities, and clinical case studies.

Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and ethical medical practices.

Contribute to seminars, workshops, research publications, and institutional development activities.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of clinical medicine, surgical assistance, and patient management.

Proficiency in clinical examination and diagnostic interpretation.

• Support Pre-sales activities and provide technical solutions, effort estimation, define delivery strategy and plan

• Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.

• Additional Information

  • 10 to 12 years of IT experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in leading architecture and design.
  • Having led a minimum  2 RPA project implementations as lead architect
  • Certification in Robotics for any one product (Blue Prism /Automation Anywhere)
  • Experience in defining the architecture of enterprise level applications involving multiple systems, sub-systems and ERPs.
  • Experience front ending client facing discussions and interfacing with Client Business, IT and Architecture teams
  • Knowledge of automation tool capabilities and technical requirements
  • Good communication skills & customer interaction skills.

   

Requirements

• 3+ years work experience writing clean production code
• Well versed with maintaining infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloudformation etc). High proficiency with Terraform / Terragrunt is absolutely critical
• Experience of setting CI/CD pipelines from scratch
• Experience with AWS(EC2, ECS, RDS, Elastic Cache etc), AWS lambda, Kubernetes, Docker, ServiceMesh
• Experience with ETL pipelines, Bigdata infra
• Understanding of common security issues

Roles / Responsibilities:

• Write terraform modules for deploying different component of infrastructure in AWS like Kubernetes, RDS, Prometheus, Grafana, Static Website
• Configure networking, autoscaling. continuous deployment, security and multiple environments
• Make sure the infrastructure is SOC2, ISO 27001 and HIPAA compliant
• Automate all the steps to provide a seamless experience to developers.

Job Scope

• Requirements Gathering & Designing: Liaison with SMEs to understand their Business Requirements and advise them on efficient system solutions. If required, guide the clients in re-engineering their Business Processes. Also, educate them on alternatives for system design & advice on how to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Implementation: Configure and Test SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Data Migration:  Perform/Support Data Migration as required
• Client Engagement: Set up relevant data within the configured SAP SuccessFactors module, to showcase to the client the end-to-end business process. Collect & process the feedback from Clients, to make necessary system changes. Also, extend extensive support to Clients when they test SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Training: Educate clients on how to use SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Documentation: Diligently document Business Requirements to baseline for implementation. Prepare training materials & other documents required for the successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for the design, development and testing of LTE features for small cell system being developed by Mavenir
• Software development (code & test) of their modules with no supervision. Ability to do high level design and review low-level design/code.
• Accurate estimation of their work.
• Participate in architecture discussions.
• Adherence to development process and quality metrics.

Job Requirements

• Good understanding of 5G,  LTE and/or UMTS standards.
• Knowledge of 3GPP NR, EUTRAN procedures.
• Knowledge on any of the protocols like RRC, MAC, RLC, LTE/NR L3/L2 protocol stacks.
• Knowledge of RRM, Tr069 interface, NETCONF, YANG.
• Experience of developing UNIX/Linux applications.
• Excellent knowledge of C, data structures and operating systems.
• Knowledge of Network virtualisation concepts will be a plus.
• Experience of any of the following would also be an advantage: IP Networks and Protocols, SCTP, MTP3, M3UA, SS7, SCCP, HNBAP, RUA, RANAP, S1AP, GTP
