Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and post-sales support.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed business targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
• Conduct high-impact presentations and product demos tailored to client needs.
• Lead, coach, and support the corporate sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Identify emerging market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on corporate or B2B sales experience
• Demonstrated success managing the complete sales cycle and closing high-value deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Position – Customer Service Executive (Chat/Email Process)

As a Customer Service Executive (Chat/Email), you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support. Customer Service Executive Duties:

· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through email and chat platforms.

· Provide accurate information and support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues they may have.

· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.

· Ensure timely and effective follow-up on customer queries and escalations to ensure satisfactory resolution.

· Demonstrate strong written communication skills, including proper grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail.

· Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

· Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set for the role.

· Maintain customer data and records accurately in the designated systems. 

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements 

· Candidate should ideally have 2 - 5 years of experience in the similar profile

· Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.

· Strong written communication skills in English, including excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

· Proficiency in typing with a high level of accuracy and speed.

· Proficiency in using computers and knowledge of email and chat platforms.

• Work on large-scale, custom distributed software systems using Java, Scala,
• MongoDB, JavaScript (AngularJS, ReactJS), and the likes

• 6 + years of Hands-on development and delivery experience with Java, Scala, and the likes
• Passion for software engineering and craftsman-like coding prowess
• Great OO skills, including strong design patterns knowledge
• Experience working with Agile, TDD, Lean, and/or Continuous Delivery approaches and best practices, such as Extreme Programming (XP)
• Enthusiastic to work collaboratively with people and sharing your ideas to solve real business problems

Requirements:

• Expert in Python, with good knowledge in Django technology.
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Experience in Flask will be an add-on
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.
• Good communication skills.
