
Brief Job description:
- Develop, implement, and optimize our digital advertising strategies on platforms like Google AdSense and Meta Ads.
- Meticulously track key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize campaign performance.
- Stay aware of the industry trends for performance marketing.
- Conduct rigorous analysis and optimization of campaign performance using data- driven insights and strategies devised using quantitative analysis. Budget management to ensure efficient expenditure while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Communicate analyses using visualization dashboards and metrics (demand funnel, marketing plan and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, and strategic KPIs).

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct demo classes as per the PlanetSpark content and methodology
2. Ensure amazing demo experience for the child and parent
3. Conduct regular classes (post enrolment) using in-house curriculum
4. Ensure timely feedback to the child
5. Adhere to the schedule for the demo as well as regular classes

What You’ll Do
- Test Planning & Design: Work with our product and engineering teams to understand what we’re building, then create test plans and cases that cover all the bases—frontend, backend, and AI features.
- Manual & Automated Testing: Run manual tests to catch those tricky edge cases, and build automated tests to make sure nothing slips through the cracks as we move fast.
- Bug Hunting: Log, track, and help squash bugs. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure issues are found and fixed before our users ever see them.
- Automation & CI/CD: Set up and maintain automated test frameworks, and make sure our tests run smoothly in our CI/CD pipelines.
- AI & Data Testing: Help validate our AI features, check model outputs, and make sure our data pipelines are working as expected.
- Quality Metrics & Reporting: Keep an eye on quality metrics and share clear, honest feedback with the team.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally in SaaS or AI-driven environments.
- Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing for web apps, APIs, and AI systems.
- Comfortable writing scripts in Python or JavaScript for automation.
- Familiar with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Postman.
- Experience using version control (like Git) and working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum.
- Great problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.
- Experience testing APIs, web apps, and cloud-based platforms.
