About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Design Manager to lead client engagement, drive sales conversions, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in the premium and luxury interiors segment. The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen with design sensibility, excelling at managing client relationships, understanding design requirements, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads from various sources aligned with the company’s target audience.
• Convert sales leads to final closures, ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain an accurate lead database with timely updates and follow-ups.
• Track conversion rates, analyze data, and optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
• Drive sales growth and client sign-ups
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to align business goals.
• Meet clients at the office to explain products, services, and pricing.
• Conduct site visits, prepare design diagrams, quotations, and concept proposals.
• Provide end-to-end pre-sales solutions, from client consultation to design advice and closure.
• Advise clients on design aspects such as space planning, color coordination, furnishings, and material selection.
• Attend site meetings and maintain accurate data sheets and records.
• Render design ideas in drawings or illustrations and present them for client approval.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive follow-ups, escalation handling, and strong relationship management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5–7 years in selling premium or luxury interior solutions.
• Industry Background: Luxury brands, lifestyle services, premium customer experience, or high-ticket sales.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Interior Design background preferred).
• Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada. Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Client-first mindset with a high level of professionalism.
• Confidence in engaging with HNI clients and corporate professionals.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools.

Job Purpose and Impact:

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Engineer will architect, design and develop new and existing digital solutions for the organization's ERP digital portfolio. In this role, you will discover and deliver solutions to complex and varied problems to enable the company's digital future. You will bring order to ambiguous scenarios and apply in depth and broad knowledge of architectural, engineering and security practices to ensure your solutions are scalable, resilient and robust and will share knowledge on modern practices and technologies to the shared engineering community.

Key Accountabilities:

• Apply software engineering patterns and principles to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain and troubleshoot complex and varied software solutions and incorporate security practices in newly developed and maintained applications.
• Participate in peer code review sessions to review code, coach peers and ensure code quality.
• Take the lead in the assigned agile team to adopt agile philosophies, facilitate agile ceremonies and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Incorporate the company's engineering and development best practices within the full software development lifecycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, building processes, testing and security principles, to deliver high quality code rapidly.
• Collaborate to lead demonstration and continuous feedback sessions to improve development and help drive the long-term vision.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Confirmed experience automating pipelines for continuous integration, testing, delivery and security
• Confirmed experience architecting applications, databases, services or integrations
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Experience working in ERP basis, Code Development (ABAP, HTML 5, Python, Java, etc..), or Design Thinking.
• Experience working in Azure, AWS, or BTP cloud environments.
• 2 positions- 1 ERP SAP and 1 for open-source technologies

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse cloud infrastructure requirements

• Automating system tasks and infrastructure using a scripting language (Shell/Python/Ruby

preferred), with configuration management tools (Ansible/ Puppet/Chef), service registry and

discovery tools (Consul and Vault, etc), infrastructure orchestration tools (Terraform,

CloudFormation), and automated imaging tools (Packer)

• Support existing infrastructure, analyse problem areas and come up with solutions

• An eye for monitoring – the candidate should be able to look at complex infrastructure and be

able to figure out what to monitor and how.

• Work along with the Engineering team to help out with Infrastructure / Network automation needs.

• Deploy infrastructure as code and automate as much as possible

• Manage a team of DevOps

Desired Profile:

• Understanding of provisioning of Bare Metal and Virtual Machines

• Working knowledge of Configuration management tools like Ansible/ Chef/ Puppet, Redfish.

• Experience in scripting languages like Ruby/ Python/ Shell Scripting

• Working knowledge of IP networking, VPN's, DNS, load balancing, firewalling & IPS concepts

• Strong Linux/Unix administration skills.

• Self-starter who can implement with minimal guidance

• Hands-on experience setting up CICD from SCRATCH in Jenkins

• Experience with Managing K8s infrastructure

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple teams
• Translate product’s strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development
• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI
• Outline the product vision, product strategy, and product roadmap
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
• Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans
• Ensure that user story content and prioritization is aligned to the larger strategic objective
• Recommend the scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and appraising adjustments
• Provide information for management by preparing product sales forecasts and reports
• Meet regularly with key customer-facing teams to collect and analyze user feedback to shape new product ideas and user requirements.
• Help in the creation and maintenance of bona fide product documentation
• Work with development leads so that product requirements are understood and built accordingly
• Work within a software development methodology like AGILE
• Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, and development teams
• Provide product training and technical expertise
• Work with the leadership team in planning the product roadmap.
• Be the product owner driving our strategic product and technology vision on the platform side of products 

Requirement:

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Products Manager in a software company.
• Has deep knowledge of every stage of the product life-cycle -- introduction, growth, maturity, and decline -- and understands how it affects development adjustments.
• Critical thinker & problem solver
• Familiarity in the AGILE development framework will be preferable.
• Strong understanding of cutting-edge tools and technologies for frontend and backend development
• Data-oriented, have exceptional analytical skills
• Experience working with the development teams directly will be a plus
• Has the ability to set priorities and resolve issues and set realistic product development goals
• Should be able to communicate technical solutions to both internal and external audiences
• Understand industry flow and trends
• Has the ability to evaluate key metrics to optimize performance
• Demonstrated track record managing successful product development from feature definition to project deployment
• Work with product management analytics tools
• A people-friendly person with extraordinary organizational and leadership skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in Vue.js and object orientated programming
• Highly proficient in JavaScript, modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Highly proficient in Vue.js framework
