🚀 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Failure Analysis (FA) Engineer to evaluate electronic components, perform detailed hardware debugging, and conduct experimental validation testing. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with PCB troubleshooting, electrical measurement tools, and system-level failure investigation.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate electronic components and integrated circuits used in electronic systems
• Perform PCB-level debugging, root cause analysis, and board bring-up activities
• Design and execute experimental tests; analyze and document results
• Conduct reliability and validation testing for hardware systems
• Select components based on specifications, performance, and reliability
• Perform system-level troubleshooting on laptops/desktops and embedded hardware
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and manufacturing
• Prepare technical documentation including test procedures and reports

🛠 Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer, signal generator, power analyzer
• PCB debugging and schematic analysis
• Hardware validation & verification
• Root cause analysis (RCA)
• Signal integrity and power analysis
• Experience in EMI/EMC or environmental testing (preferred)
• Familiarity with communication protocols like I2C, SPI, UART, RS485
• Laptop/desktop teardown and hardware diagnosis skills

Title: Hands‑on Tech Lead (AI Agents, Automations, Chatbots)

Type: Full‑time (preferred) or full‑time‑equivalent contractor

Location: Remote (India-friendly), must overlap with founder for live collaboration

Comp: Flexible; you indicated up to ~$50k/year is comfortable for the right person

Why this role exists

We build and deploy rough-but-working “minimum viable applications” fast (days/weeks, not months) for small businesses, then gradually extract reusable components so the best solutions become repeatable products.

You’ll be the engineering owner who can design + ship, keep quality “clean enough,” and avoid the long-term trap of one-off scripts.

What you’ll build

• AI-agent driven automations using n8n (including agentic workflows, tool usage, memory/DB access, and production hardening). n8n explicitly positions AI Agents as autonomous workflows that make decisions and execute tasks, and provides dedicated AI agent capability pages/docs.  
• Conversational chatbots (web + messaging + optionally voice) with reliable orchestration, state, and analytics
• Voice experiences using ElevenLabs Text‑to‑Speech (and optionally Speech‑to‑Text), including real-time or low-latency flows.  
• Admin/internal tooling (e.g., Retool) to manage clients, prompts, workflows, logs, and operations. Retool’s own positioning: connect to databases/APIs/LLMs and build internal tools.  
• (If applicable) Voice agent platforms such as Retell AI (inbound/outbound voice agent platform + docs).  

Responsibilities

Shipping (hands-on)

• Build the first end‑to‑end “vertical slices” yourself (agent/workflow → backend/service → DB → UI/admin → deployment).
• Deliver working MVAs rapidly; optimize for time-to-deploy while maintaining baseline reliability.

Architecture & productization

• Define a lightweight but real architecture that supports:
• multi-client deployments (config/tenant separation)
• prompt/version management
• logging + observability
• secure secret handling
• repeatable integrations and “workflow templates”
• 
  
• Establish “golden path” patterns so new projects are mostly configuration + reuse.

Leadership

• Lead (and unblock) an Implementation Engineer: tickets, code review, standards, and technical direction.
• Produce short docs and checklists so others can build consistently.

Required experience (must-haves)

• Strong full‑stack fundamentals (API design, auth, data modeling, debugging, deployments).
• Proven experience building automation/workflow systems (preferably n8n in production).
• Experience with LLM + agent patterns: tool calling, retrieval/RAG, structured outputs, prompt/versioning, evaluation, failure handling.
• Conversational chatbot experience (web or messaging). Voice is a plus.
• Ability to design databases and data flows (Postgres/MySQL/etc.), including migrations and indexing.
• Strong written communication: can turn ambiguous needs into a plan, and can document the “how to run it.”

Strong plus

• Retool (or similar low-code internal tooling) experience.  
• ElevenLabs voice integration (TTS/STT) in production.  
• Experience with Retell AI or similar voice-agent platforms (Vapi/Retell/etc.).  
• Experience self-hosting and operating systems: Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, secrets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in Python (5+ years).
• Hands-on experience with any database (SQL or NoSQL).
• Experience with frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• Knowledge of ORMs, API development, and unit testing.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with the Kafka tool (Added Advantage)

As a UI / UX designer, you will be working closely with the founders and the engineering time to deliver top quality user experience. This is a great opportunity to come in on the ground floor and play a strategic role in shaping our user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets and build page navigation buttons and search fields.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

Requirements:

• At Least 2 years of work experience in designing great web and mobile applications.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Candidates with a good online portfolio will be given priority.
• You possess a Degree in Design or related field from a top tier institute.

We are seeking API Test Engineer who has at least 6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance. In this role you will participate with the processes, tools, techniques and practices for assuring adherence to quality standards for laboratory medical device new product development. Candidates must have database and coding skills.

Responsibilities

• Writes and automates software testing through API / Integration Tests
• Ensures deliverables meet audit criteria. Interfaces with Scum Team to ensure that systems are developed meeting the business need and specifications through API / Integration tests.
• Develops, publishes, and implements test scripts to ensure quality applications
• Work with multi-discipline teams on new production introduction project while adhering to software development and source control processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field with no less than 6+ years of experience
• Experience with any automated API / Integration test technologies such as FitNess / REST API / Cucumber / Other
• Candidates must be able to do API and database testing
• Communicates and endorses strict adherence to methodologies, processes, and standards
• Performs risk-based testing
• Maintains defect documentation and logs
• Experience in Agile development processes and philosophies
• History of timely delivery while ensuring a quality focus
• Ability to work well with people and be both highly motivated and motivating
