JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer with deep expertise in React and Next.js to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building high-quality, scalable web applications and will take ownership of both frontend development and architecture. As a Senior Developer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver robust and performant solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React and Next.js.
• Architect and optimize web pages for speed and scalability.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Implement server-side rendering and static site generation using Next.js.
• Collaborate with the backend team to integrate APIs and ensure seamless front-end and back-end communication.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement pixel-perfect user interfaces.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

• Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio of personal projects.

·      12+ years of professional experience in front-end development.

·      7+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Context API, Hooks, etc.)

·      Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

·      Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket integration.

·      Proficiency in modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).

·      Expertise in state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and React Query.

·      Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

·      Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).

·      Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git).

Designing engaging and responsive landing page

Experience with HTML, CSS, JQuery, Javascript,Figma,Zeplin, Photoshop

Integrating client CMS programs and data feeds into websites

Excellent communication and Client interaction

Optimizing sites for maximum speed and scalability

Employing industry and design best practice through website build process

Conducting website testing

Liaising with back-end developers to ensure web and app logic is properly integrated

Ensuring website function and stability across devices i.e. desktop, mobile, tablet

Working with marketing and research teams to incorporate brand elements and relevant market research findings into website

Providing internal support and external customer service throughout the build and launch process of the website
