Role and responsibilities:
- Establish in concert with IT leadership, an effective IT Change & Release management process in REMSC ERP CoE, primarily in SAP environment for the assigned scope.
- Ensure all releases are delivered as per the defined process and deviations are analysed and appropriately remedied. Collaborate with solution architects, functional analysts, service managers, business users and other stakeholders to ensure the changes in the releases are delivered as planned.
- Work closely with release management and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment of the changes.
- Ensure all QA checklists are followed and aligned with established change & release processes.
- Create and maintain adequate QA documentations ensuring it is up-to-date and available to all relevant stakeholders.
- Support and facilitate audits on the application change management
- Support in Control performance activities to align with established QA and process guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- Advanced knowledge and prior experience in SDLC. Experience in SAP is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge and experience in application change management & release management in a complex IT environment.
- Good communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively collaborate with diverse and complex stakeholders.
- Strong problem solving skills with keen attention to details.
- Good working knowledge of office applications like MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
Principal working relationships:
- IT change team members like Domain Managers, Solution Architects, Functional Analysts, Release Managers, Cluster/Country Service Managers, etc., for understanding and delivery of changes.
- Business users and decision makers as customers.
- ERP CoE Release Manager to manage QC activities and release activities
Experience:
○ 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Flow).
○ Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Platform technologies.
○ Experience in integrating REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and custom connectors.
○ Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft SharePoint, Azure, and Dataverse.
○ Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps like Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
● Technical Skills:
○ Knowledge of JSON, OData, HTML, JavaScript, and other web-based technologies.
○ Strong understanding of automation, data integration, and process optimization.
○ Experience with D365 (Dynamics 365) and Azure Logic Apps is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

Requirements:

Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, Redux).
