• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and expand the branch’s market presence.
• Oversee the sales team, set performance targets, and provide coaching and support to achieve them.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and local businesses.

5.     Team Leadership and Development

• Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff, promoting a positive work culture and team collaboration.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs.

6.     Customer Relationship Management

• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service.

Role Overview (Digital Marketing Manager (3–5 Years Experience)

We are looking for a hands-on marketing professional who can own end-to-end digital marketing - from building visibility to generating qualified leads.

This role is a mix of organic growth + paid campaigns + outbound outreach.

Key Responsibilities

5. Paid Marketing (Ads)

• Test creatives, audiences, and messaging

• Track performance across channels
• Improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness
• Share simple, actionable reports

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably IT/services)
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media, and lead generation
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email tools, and ad platforms
• Ability to execute independently (hands-on role)
• Data-driven mindset with focus on results

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Google Analytics, etc.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in developing scalable and responsive web

applications, and will be able to work collaboratively with other developers and stakeholders to deliver

high-quality software products.
