About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable Bilingual Recruiter fluent in both English and French. While some recruitment experience is preferred, what matters most is your eagerness to learn and grow under the guidance of a senior recruiter — and your commitment to creating exceptional experiences for both clients and candidates.

You’ll be supporting recruitment across a wide variety of industries and client types, giving you exposure to different roles, hiring styles, and organizational cultures.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct full-cycle recruitment in English and French, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Ensure a full understanding of each client’s needs, business context, and expectations to deliver focused and effective recruitment support.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal team members to create a positive and professional client experience marked by responsiveness, clarity, and results.
• Create a strong candidate experience by being respectful, organized, and transparent throughout the hiring journey.
• Work closely with a senior recruiter to build your recruitment skillset, gain mentorship, and grow your capacity over time.
• Maintain accurate documentation and workflows within our recruitment platforms and tools.
• Proactively contribute to team meetings, brainstorms, and shared files — bringing a team-first mindset to everything you do.

Tools & Technology:

We use a variety of modern recruitment tools and platforms to streamline sourcing, communication, and scheduling — including applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate databases, scheduling tools, and internal collaboration platforms. While prior experience is an asset, we’re happy to train you on the systems we use.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based backend services and APIs.
2. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA to deliver high-quality software.
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
4. Participate in system design, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
5. Optimize application performance and scalability.
6. Ensure secure and compliant backend services.
7. Troubleshoot and debug production issues as part of the on-call rotation.
8. Contribute to CI/CD and infrastructure automation efforts.

Responsibilities

•Responsible for print communication and advertising for Hidesign and Hidesign group of companies–The Promenade, Le Dupleix, Casablanca.

•Concept and design of advertisements, in-store promotions and offers

•Menu designs, posters, tent cards, stationery design, VM props (involving print media), catalogues, booklets, brochures etc.

•E-mailers and web pages for online offers

• Responsible for video editing

• Implementation and design of in-store posters and signage’s

Requirements

· Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, Corel draw, HTML, UI/UX, Word, Excel, Power point

· Technical knowledge of printing, print-finishes and color management

· Areas managed: print ads / publication / collaterals / illustrations / web design (any online + basic film editing experience is a plus)

· Attitude: Assertive, efficient, great executional skill, ability to think,

follows timelines and result-oriented with a sense of styling.

Our ideal applicant is organised enough to manage our online inventory and creative enough to help design social media campaigns to increase our digital sales. You will optimise our campaigns using marketing and SEO strategies and measure how much they increase web traffic by using analytics tools. While we prefer applicants who have a bachelor’s degree, it is more important that you have some experience managing a digital store or inventory of products.
