Your Role
- Build extensive knowledge of our Developers Portal, datasets and APIs.
- Point of contact for our client's technical and logistical issues.
- Assist with off-the-shelf sales of our ready products.
- Maintain records of payments by users.

- Explore different softwares & tools that will aid customer experience.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a System Engineer (IC2) to join our Technical Solutions team based in India. This is a hands-on engineering role, you will build, integrate, and support the systems that power our customer-facing and internal support operations.
In your first year, you can expect to:
- Build and maintain integrations between support platforms (Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, Gainsight) using PHP, JavaScript, and Workato
- Contribute to AI-assisted workflow automation — including LLM-based tools and intelligent routing solutions already in production
- Write and optimize SQL queries against our operational data stores to power dashboards, reports, and automated triggers
- Troubleshoot issues across the full stack: front-end, API layer, back-end logic, and database and document root cause findings
- Work in a sprint-based environment alongside engineers, CS operations leads, and product stakeholders across the US and India
This role is well-suited for someone who is early in their career but already has real project or production experience. You will work with guidance from senior engineers while taking genuine ownership of defined workstreams. The expectation is not that you know everything on day one — it is that you are technically curious, structured in your thinking, and driven to ship things that work.

Role Overview
MyOperator's platform handles billions of real-time interactions — cloud call centers, IVR flows, WhatsApp APIs, AI voicebots, and a unified communication suite. As Manager QA, you will own quality across this entire product surface: from defining the QA strategy and automation architecture to taking accountability for production escapes and release confidence. This is not a sign-off role. You define what "good" looks like, build the systems to enforce it, and lead a team that treats quality as a product outcome — not a checkpoint.
You will work directly with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to embed quality at every stage of the development lifecycle. If you've scaled automation frameworks, reduced defect escape rates measurably, and built QA cultures where the team doesn't wait to be told what to test — this role is built around you.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Own and enforce the quality bar across MyOperator's full product suite — Cloud Call Center, IVR & Call Flows, WhatsApp API, AI Voicebots, and Unified Communication Platform — from sprint planning through production
- Architect and scale automation frameworks across UI (Web/Mobile), REST and GraphQL APIs, and end-to-end integration flows; integrate these into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
- Define, track, and improve quality metrics including defect escape rate, automation coverage percentage, test cycle time, flakiness rate, and Mean Time to Detect (MTTD)
