Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven chief marketing officer (CMO) with approximately 7 years of progressive experience in marketing. The candidate will be responsible for leading the company’s marketing initiatives, brand positioning, and customer acquisition strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

• Lead brand management, positioning, and communication strategies across channels

• Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing

• Oversee market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities • Manage customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline)

• Monitor and optimize marketing budgets, ROI, and campaign performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent qualification • Minimum 7 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in an MNC or high-growth organization

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

• Strong understanding of Indian and global market dynamics

• Experience in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM tools, automation platforms)

• The BQP Certificate is mandatory. In case the individual does not hold the certificate, they are required to undergo 50 hours of prescribed training and thereafter clear the examination with a minimum of 50% marks.

BN4L connectivity setup: carrier collaboration flows, freight order tendering, tracking event consumption, carrier portal provisioning

Event Mesh configuration for real-time event-driven patterns (delivery confirmation → billing trigger, carrier status → TM event update)

API Management setup for REST/OData endpoints used by carrier portals, mobile apps, and third-party systems

BTP subaccount architecture, IDP/SSO configuration for external carrier users

Carrier EDI Integration

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement websites and components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Develop and customize AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, servlets, and OSGi services.
• Integrate AEM with external systems and third-party services (CRM, DAM, Analytics, etc.).
• Implement responsive front-end solutions using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS/Angular, and Sightly/HTL.
• Work closely with AEM Architects to ensure technical alignment and best practices.
• Optimize performance of AEM pages and ensure adherence to SEO and accessibility standards.
• Manage AEM environments, deployments, and configurations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AEM production issues.

Role: Sr. Data Scientist

Technical Skills:

● Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

● Familiarity with Databricks notebooks, MLflow, and Delta Lake for scalable machine learning workflows.

● Experience with MLOps best practices, including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment.

● Proficiency in data preprocessing, augmentation, and handling large-scale image/video datasets.

● Solid understanding of computer vision algorithms, including CNNs, transfer learning, and transformer-based vision models (e.g., ViT).

● Exposure to natural language processing (NLP) techniques is a plus.

• Educational Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• A master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a specialization in Deep Learning or Computer Vision is highly preferred
