Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full Stack Developer with a strong frontend orientation, particularly in React.js. The ideal candidate will have over 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on creating high-quality, responsive, and user-centric frontend applications. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing engaging user interfaces, collaborating with backend teams, and driving the overall technical vision of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Lead the development of user interfaces using React.js, ensuring that applications are visually appealing, highly responsive, and performant.
• Backend Development: Collaborate on backend development tasks, particularly those related to API integration and data handling, utilizing technologies such as Node.js or similar.
• User Experience: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional and interactive components.
• Code Quality: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize frontend performance by implementing best practices for loading times, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Collaboration: Engage with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver features that meet business needs.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve issues across the stack, ensuring a seamless and efficient application experience.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, helping them grow their skills and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong emphasis on frontend development using React.js.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.).
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with backend technologies and frameworks (Node.js, Express.js) is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating them into frontend applications.
• Knowledge of state management libraries and tools (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.

As a Vue.js Developer, you will be responsible for developing user interfaces and web applications using Vue.js framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing front-end solutions that align with business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using Vue.js framework.
• Collaborate with the design and backend teams to implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code using best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, bug fixing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Vue.js and front-end development.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Vue.js Developer or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js and its core principles.
• Proficient understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router, and other relevant Vue.js libraries and tools.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration of front-end applications with backend services.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and writing unit tests.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Knowledge of server-side technologies such as Node.js or Express.js.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong in Vue.js or React.js, HTML, HTML5, DOM(Document Object Model) concepts
•  Must know Nuxt.JS a Vue Framework.
• CSS3, SASS, SCSS, Bootstrap 4, Webpack, Box Modelling, Grid System
• Responsive Design, Cross browser/device development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript
• OOJS - Object-oriented JavaScript

. 3.5+ years of work experience on React.JS framework

· Has expertise in following front- end optimization techniques:

· Lazy Loading

· Asynchronous Module Definition

· Image Compression and Minification

· Other front-end tooling using Grunt / Webpack and NPM

· Familiarity with NodeJS, Jasmine / Karma and other unit testing frameworks

· Foundation data structure – Arrays, dictionaries, sets and lists

· Proficient in evaluating front end performance and measure accordingly

· Strong appetite to learn industry trends and new & emerging technologies

• Master's / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Self taught developer.
• 3+ years of experience in fundamentals of web, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue or React.
• Understanding of product design, user experience and skills to recreate and match high quality pixel perfect designs and can go above and beyond in detailing.
• Has ability to build a ground up resoluble components and in-house UI system that can scale across the product.

• Ownership of developing UI related features. Work with with the rest of the engineering team to develop, launch or maintain features.
• Take ownership of design <> dev collaboration and participate in the education of both sides.
• Work closely with design team and become a bridge between engineering and design.
• Maintain code integrity.
