Job Summary

We are looking for a Front-End Developer who is passionate about pushing mobile technologies to their limits. You will work with our team of talented engineers to design, build, and enhance the next generation of our mobile applications. This role will give you the opportunity to work on impactful projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create secure, scalable, and user-friendly Android solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
2. Develop new user-facing features to enhance the user experience.
3. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
4. Integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs.

6. Maintain and improve existing user interface components.
7. Write well-documented, reusable, and efficient code.
8. Balance functional and aesthetic design for a seamless user journey.
9. Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs.
10. Ensure design and implementation are aligned with the overall architecture and technical standards.
11. Collaborate closely with designers and developers to ensure smooth integration and delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
3. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
4. Experience with Bootstrap and responsive web design principles.
5. Proficiency in Git or other version control systems.
6. Understanding of cross-platform optimization and mobile responsiveness.
7. Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Gulp, or similar).
8. Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular) is a plus.
9. Basic understanding of PHP and RESTful API integration
10. Familiarity with image editing tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Gimp.
11. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Strong understanding of scalable front-end architecture and reusable components.
2. Experience in performance optimization and accessibility standards.
3. Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
4. Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
5. Attention to detail and an eye for clean, intuitive UI/UX design.

·        Strong understanding of Graph QL concepts and hands-on experience with Ariadne or similar frameworks.

·        Familiarity with containerization using Docker for application deployment.

·        Demonstrated expertise in machine learning model integration, preferably using the Hugging Face framework.

·        Experience deploying machine learning models on cloud platforms such as Replicate and AWS is a strong plus.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop REST-based web services utilizing Java micro services web frameworks (Spring Boot)
• Apply design principles and patterns in creating enterprise level solutions, as needed
• Perform web services tuning and performance testing
• Implement unit tests as needed
• Support front-end developers in leveraging web services
• Automate/script common developer tasks, continually optimize personal and team workflows
• Infrastructure setup and configuration
• Engage in code review and feedback process
• Take a feature from inception to completion independently across the stack
• Collaborate with teammates on proposed UX/UI and provide feedback as needed
• Participate in and support the entire SDLC processes

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience in Core Java 8 and above, Collections and Data structures.
• Develop solutions using core java, Spring / Spring Boot, JSON, Rest API, and other web technologies.
• Hands-on with UI development with strong experience in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Responsive UI. An added advantage for exposure to Angular. Knowledge of Liferay will be added advantage. Ability to design and develop UIs and end-to-end integration.
• Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Enforcing and Writing code following good standards (well documented with good code coverage and properly tested code).
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (Hibernate and Mybatis). Ability to model & design databases for high availability and high volume.
• Ability to design and build a scalable platform with APIs.
• Strong programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.
• Strong knowledge of test-driven development and continuous integration
• Exposure to security, application clustering, and load balancing techniques.
• Passion for collaboration and working on agile teams. Prior experience with working on fast-paced milestones using flexible and adaptive methodologies.
