KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, HTML5, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React. 
• Demonstrated knowledge or strong interest in full stack development. 
• Solid experience working with RESTful services, independent of platform.
• Proficiency in Oracle or SQL Server, with the ability to define data flow, high-level data design, and relationships.
• Exposure to AWS Cloud technologies and cloud-based development. 
• Working knowledge of version control tools such as Git or SVN.
• Experience implementing automated testing platforms and writing unit tests. 
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technical Leads, Product Managers, and Designers. 
• Strong communication skills with a flexible, team-oriented approach. 
• Prior experience working with US-based clients and adaptability to shifting priorities.

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of AI assistants for data teams and understanding the intricacies of Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimise their usage across multiple use cases. Utilising Django, you'll architect backend infrastructures optimised for handling data processes and LLM interactions. Your role involves building APIs with the Django Rest Framework. With React, you'll design user-centric interfaces that seamlessly integrate with our AI assistants, ensuring that data teams have an intuitive experience. Working at the forefront of AI revolutions and pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve in data management and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Back-end Development: Utilise Django to architect robust back-end infrastructures. Ensure they are tailored for complex data processes and seamless LLM interactions.
• API Design: Craft efficient and scalable APIs using the Django Rest Framework.
• Front-end Development: Transform UI/UX designs into functional web pages using React. Prioritise performance and deliver seamless user experiences.
• AI Integration: Design user interfaces that flawlessly integrate with our LLMs, and AI assistants, aiming to offer data teams an intuitive and efficient interaction.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of AI advancements. Push boundaries and explore new possibilities in data management and analysis using AI.

Requirements:

• Pre-requisite Tech Stack: Python, Django, React, Springboot, CSS, and SQL
• Previous work experience with a start-up or similar setting is preferred
• Having an interest in system architecture design

• Experience in Java/J2EE, JavaScript is a must.
• Open source framework experience such as Angular (1.* & 2), Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, jQuery, MySQL, and Linux is required.
• Experience in applying modern Agile Software Development practices.
• Experience in development in a CI/CD environment and familiarity with CI/CD tools is required.
• Good interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability is a must, including the ability and enthusiasm to learn new technologies quickly.
• Must be able to write technical designs and build documentation for all aspects of technical infrastructure.
• Experience in Microservices development

Relevant work experience in ASP.net, C#

At least 2 years of experience with WCF Services

Very strong C# fundamentals
Has experience in building applications in C#

Experience and proficiency in client-side scripting languages, in particular HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience and proficiency in cloud environment, in particular AWS

• At least 4 years of experience in software development building Web Services in Java, SpringBoot, Elasticsearch, and Open source technologies
• At least 4 years UI programming experience with JavaScript, CSS, JSON
• At least 3 years using ReactJS or VueJS, jQuery and Bootstrap, or similar frameworks
• Experienced in service layer integration (e.g. data, authentication, 3rd party systems) using Ajax and REST APIs.
• Experienced in UI and backend unit testing, functional testing, and performance testing tools.
• Must have experience building responsive web applications and related best practices.
• Experience in building Micro Services using cloud native environments like Azure, Spring Cloud, AWS or GCP with sound understanding of Micro Services Design Patterns
• Strong interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with real-time streaming processing (Kafka/Storm) is preferred
• Proven ability to design and implement web services in a RESTful manner, along with understanding our broader service-oriented architectures
