5. Develop welder competency and improve fabrication culture toward excellence.

6. Perform risk assessments on new developments.

7. Evaluate current processes or operating procedure and suggest recommendations if any. 8.

Analyze and troubleshoot process problems to make continuous and permanent improvements

9. Initiate improvement projects and completed on time and within budget.

KNOWLEDGE:

● 1. Should have proven work experience in process engineering considering in same

domain.

● 2. Should have excellent technical skills in to understand drawings and application.

● 3. Should have experience in welding process validation and implementation

● 4. Should familiar with health and safety regulations

Product photographers and videographers:

· Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs

● 2+ years of working experience with Search ads and Display ads on ad tools like Google ads and Microsoft ads.(must)

● Perform keyword research and competitor research for the paid search campaigns

● Plan and implement new strategies with the team to ensure the maximum ROI possible.

● Work with the content team to ensure Ad copies are effectively optimized for maximum conversion rate.

● Knowledge of different automated bid strategies of Google ads.

● Track KPIs to evaluate performance and bring the pinpoint issues to the team

• Experience in either of these Relational DB’s MS SQL Server / PostgreSQL / AWS Aurora DB / MySQL / Oracle / NOSQL DBs (MongoDB / DynamoDB / DocumentDB) in an application development environment and eagerness to switch DB.
