Responsiblities:

1.

Provide support in the assessments and collation of requirements of IT projects, budgeting

and resources.

2.

Perform analysis and report on the findings of the impacted systems and dependencies and

collaborate Group Technology (GT) teams to implement the IT projects.

3.

Assist in the review the IT service requests (ITSR) of all projects/ initiatives by assessing

nature of ITSR and Project Initiation Form (PIF) submitted by BE stakeholders and coordinate and

consolidate the High Level Solutions (HLS) and High Level Estimates (HLE) for prioritisation.

4.

Coordinate review process on project deliverables and obtain the necessary sign off (SoW

with vendor, where applicable, TDD, DLD, AAD & Unit Test cases).

5.

Track, monitor and prepare reports of the status of IT initiatives, projects, incidents and

follow-up action items or issues to support the team’s periodic IT service meetings with BE

stakeholders.

6.

Carry out end-to-end project delivery starting from project scoping and planning, financial

and resource management, risk management, quality control, project execution, deployment and

handover to post-deployment stabilisation and BAU mode.

7.

Plan and propose resource and budget requirements according to project prioritisation,

scope, timeline and dependencies and escalate any constraints for the necessary support.

8.

Work in cross-functional collaboration with other pillars within the unit and GT to manage

the impact, interfaces and inter-dependencies of different projects and deliver projects within agreed

scope, timeline, quality and budget.

9.

Provide support to relevant teams in IT incidents/issues resolutions and Level 2/3 support to

Application Support team for production systems in BAU, when required.

10.

Prepare, oversee and perform various systems tests including system integration test (SIT),

regression test and user acceptance test (UAT) throughout SDLC within project plan timeline with

relevant stakeholders.

11.

Work with vendors for alignment, performance monitoring and coordination of the delivery

of project deliverables and technical related activities.

12.

Track closely the procurement, delivery and setup of new infrastructure and configuration of

existing environment e.g. data center, network, backup.

13.

Prepare accurate and timely project status and operational reports and information as

required by management, business stakeholders, auditors, regulators, etc.

14.

Actively participate in contributing to the improvement of operations, processes and policy

for the unit and GT.

15.

Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with the established project and delivery

management methodology, processes and standards and in compliance with applicable regulatory

requirements, auditors, CIMB Group’s Enterprise Architecture and IT governance and standards, and

Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning framework.

Competencies and Skills

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or its equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in computer systems analysis, design and programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate & Lead the Integration Daily Stand up call along with Project and Vendor teams.
• Help analyse variances from the project plan related to Integration line items, compile alternatives, if any, and execute the preferred recommendations and communicate with Integration Workstream lead/Ecosystem PM on a day-to-day basis.
• Highlight promptly any Interfacing system related issues, risk and dependencies to the Integration Workstream Lead and PM.
• Track and process the Integration requirements and prioritize them in alignment with Project Scope and priorities.
• Finalise and review Interface Detail Design Document (IDD), Field Mapping Documents, Interface Data Mapping (IDM), Batch Framework Documents, Solution Design Document (SDD), Interfacing System Project Artefact’s and follow up to obtain final sign-off from all Interfacing system Stakeholders.
• Manage the integration, analysis and assessment of plans and strategies.
• To manage and deliver projects within the Integration scope, timeline and budget with utmost quality.
• To report any Integration related project issues, risk and dependencies to the Integration workstream lead/PM.
• Create & review detailed work plan which identifies and sequences any integration-related activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• To coordinate with Project Technical Leads at CIMB and Vendor end to ascertain the progress of integration-related development and unit test, deployment activities and identify & address gaps if any across the 40+ Interfacing systems and 600+ Interfacing line items.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to project team for resolution.
• Responsible for communicating to all stakeholders on project matters related to Integration aspects.
• To ensure compliance with IT Security, IT standards GPLC Project management practices, policies and Audit.
• Establish a good communication with all project stakeholders related to project matters and be vigilant of all project matters across the Functional, Technical & Integration aspects.
• Work with SharePoint site to maintain, modify and manage the documents and the templates.
• Co-ordinate with Online & Batch Integration leads at CIMB & Vendor end, and track all open issues to closure.
• Participate in the PWC and contribute towards the preparation of Integration PWC deck and drive Integration updates during the PWC when required. Schedule and drive meeting with all relevant project stakeholders as and when required.
• Collaborate with developers and data owners to drive creation of data integration and storage solutions as well as analyze tradeoffs between usability, best practices and performance needs.
• Collaborate with the Testing team (CIMB TCC and Vendor) during the VSIT, SIT & UAT Phase.
• Work with the relevant parties and resolve any system Integration issue identified during the VAPT, ORT and Post-Live phase.

Technical/ Functional skills:

• Experience in SSH, SFTP, XML application protocol, ETL and programming language.
• Worked largely using SOAP UI, XML and JSON.
• Good knowledge of Scripting languges, API interfaces and Batch schedulers.
• Strong technical knowledge of Integration Platforms, including API design and management.
• Strong experience with UI application interfaces.
• A track record where you have flagged error or opportunity for error in API integration or Batch Integration in order to ensure that any risk is mitigated.
