Key Responsibilities:

• Own production operations for AWS-based microservices platforms

• Lead incident triage (P1/P2), root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews

• Build and optimize workflows in Jira Service Management (or similar ITSM tools)

• Automate ticket routing, triage, and SLA tracking

• Perform hands-on debugging using Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, logs, and tracing tools

• Understand and diagnose issues across application, infrastructure, and networking layers

• Mentor and guide junior/intermediate full-stack engineers with a strong support mindset

• Improve logging, monitoring, observability, and operational readiness

• Design and operate virtual and omni-channel support agents (chat, voice, AI-driven workflows)

• Leverage AI/agentic tooling to improve triage, summarization, runbook generation, and operational automation

Required Skills & Experience:

Mandatory Experience

Strong hands-on experience with

o AWS (compute, networking, IAM, monitoring)

o Microservices architecture

o Dynatrace (or equivalent APM)

• Proven experience managing or operating support-focused engineering teams

• Experience leading production incident response

Experience- 14 - 18 years

· Responsible for Design, planning and implement the best of art network technologies.

· Analyse business IT needs and requirements to develop technical solutions.

· Design network systems to meet business needs, including LANs, WANs, intranets, Internet connections, Cloud network, data communication networks, etc.

· Perform network modelling, analysis, budgeting, and planning tasks.

· Experience in Troubleshoot complex networks, identifying and correcting technical issues.

· Act as L4 during crisis/incident event management incidents as needed.

· Cross team /partner engagements to represent Project concerns/needs.

· Provide leadership to manage demands from projects and technology upgrades including recommendations for vendor tools/solutions and global alignment of networks.

· Manage oversight of complex network operations processes based on a combination of vendors, custom solutions, and internal resources.

· Decision making authority is broad and can have significant material impact on cost, business planning and success of Bank core business.

· Support adoption of new technologies and tools, recommend capability improvements to network engineering, and assist in lab/ QA deployments for technology trials.

Having experience in Implementing Integration Solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Service.

Developed integration between SaaS application (Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud HCM) and between SaaS and PaaS application

Should have worked extensively on minimum 3-4 Technology Adapters like File, Database, Oracle ERP & FTP adapter

Should have excellent skill in Web Service technologies such as XML, XPath, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, and XSD

Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle from gathering requirements to documentation, testing, implementation and support Ability to troubleshoot technical and configuration issues

Should be able to communicate effectively with the functional & technical groups and various technical team members.

Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including Technical specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews

About the Role:

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
