Responsibilities

• Prepare Subcontract Agreement and Joint Venture Agreement and conclude the same in coordination with Manager.
• Managing manpower with respect to Quantity basis &Timely completion basis.
• Ensure the current market rate. (Analysis of particular work as per Quantity basis, Work description basis)
• Follow up Subcontractor's Performance Bonds and Tender Bonds
• Reviews Subcontractor's monthly invoice and prepare Subcontractor's Payment Certificates.
• Identify variation or change order and prepare valuation accounts.
• Assist the Purchasing Department and Site Project Manager in contractual matters related to procurement / supply contract and agreements.
• Reviewing the contract documents prior to tendering.
• Reviews and clarifies show drawings.
• Coordinate Project Close-Out Procedures including manuals, warranties and As-built drawings.

Job Description: Python Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for a talented Python Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend applications and automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, familiarity with modern development practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Python Development & Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain Python scripts, tools, and automation frameworks.
• Build automation for operational tasks such as deployment, monitoring, system checks, and maintenance.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented Python code following best practices.
• Develop APIs, CLI tools, or microservices when required.

Linux Systems Engineering

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Perform system performance tuning, log analysis, and root-cause diagnostics.
• Work with system services, processes, networking, file systems, and security controls.
• Implement shell scripting (bash) alongside Python for system-level automation.

CI/CD & Infrastructure Support

• Support integration of Python automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Participate in build and release processes for infrastructure components.
• Ensure automation aligns with established infrastructure standards and governance.
• Use Bash scripting together with Python to improve automation efficiency.

Cloud & DevOps Collaboration (if applicable)

• Collaborate with Cloud/DevOps engineers on automation for AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Integrate Python tools with configuration management tools such as Chef or Ansible, or with Terraform modules.
• Contribute to containerization efforts (Docker, Kubernetes) leveraging Python automation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers

Handle onboarding, from initial pitch to signed partnership

Identify business opportunities and communicate with relevant parties

Report leads, progress, and feedback regularly to the team

Represent GoodBelly with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a results-driven attitude

Experience with application discovery prefera bly with tools like Cloudscape, to discover application configurations , databases, filesystems, and application dependencies

Experience with Well Architected Review, Cloud Readiness Assessments and defining migration patterns (MRA/MRP) for application migration e.g. Re-host, Re-platform, Re-architect etc

Experience in architecting and deploying AWS Landing Zone architecture with CI/CD pipeline

Experience on architecture, design of AWS cloud services to address scalability, performance, HA, security, availability, compliance, backup and DR, automation, alerting and monitoring and cost

Hands-on experience in migrating applications to AWS leveraging proven tools and processes including migration, implementation, cutover and rollback plans and execution

Hands-on experience in deploying various AWS services e.g. EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Security Groups etc. using either manual or IaC, IaC is preferred

Hands-on Experience in writing cloud automation scripts/code such as Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation Template (AWS CFT) etc.

Hands-on Experience with application build/release processes CI/CD pipelines

Deep understanding of Agile processes (planning/stand-ups/retros etc), and interact with cross-functional teams i.e. Development, Infrastructure, Security, Performance Engineering, and QA

Work with Technology leadership to grow the Cloud & DevOps practice. Create cloud practice collateral

Work directly with sales teams to improve and help them drive the sales for Cloud & DevOps practice

Assist Sales and Marketing team in creating sales and marketing collateral

Write whitepapers and technology blogs to be published on social media and Intuitive website

Create case studies for projects successfully executed by Intuitive delivery team

Conduct sales enablement sessions to coach sales team on new offerings

Flexibility with Travel as required for Pre-sales/Post-sales, Design workshops, War-room Migration events and customer meetings

• Approach expected customers and give a presentation on current projects and services
• Research required information using available resources
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
• Follow up customer calls where necessary

Qualifications and skills:

• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills (Fluency in English, preferred American accent)
• Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
