Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Project Leader/Team Leader with a strong background in server management, full-stack development using React, Node.js, and PHP. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, managing complex projects, and delivering high-quality software solutions on time. You will be responsible for overseeing the development team, guiding the technical direction, and ensuring optimal performance of servers and web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of developers in full-stack development projects.
Oversee server management including setup, optimisation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Ensure the timely delivery of software projects while maintaining high coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, DevOps, and QA engineers to ensure seamless project execution.

Technical Expertise:
Solid experience in React.js and Node.js for full-stack web development.
Proficiency in PHP and working with popular PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Codeigniter, Core).
Strong understanding of server management (Linux)
, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), and database management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and debugging expertise.
Leadership and Communication:
Proven experience leading software development teams.
Strong project management skills, including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development with a focus on React.js, Node.js, and PHP.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is a plus.

About the role
- Own and drive a full-funnel global paid media strategy. You’ll define and shape our paid acquisition strategy, driving acquisition and assessing the full-funnel impact of our paid channels on activation, conversion, and retention.
