About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to support the CEO in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth communication across all teams. This person will act as the CEO’s right hand—coordinating tasks, tracking progress, following up with team members, and ensuring everything runs efficiently.

The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership, manage people and processes, and keep the CEO updated on priorities, deadlines, and issues.

Key Responsibilities

CEO Support

• Act as the primary point of coordination between the CEO and internal teams.
• Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and task priorities.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports summarizing progress, blockers, and upcoming activities.
• Follow up on assigned tasks with team members and ensure timely completion.

Team & Operations Management

• Coordinate across departments (marketing, tech, sales, operations, support) to ensure alignment.
• Track team members' workloads, project statuses, and deadlines.
• Ensure all teams follow SOPs, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Maintain an organized overview of ongoing projects, tasks, and deliverables.

Communication & Documentation

• Draft internal communication, meeting notes, action items, and reminders.
• Handle basic administrative work (emails, follow-ups, documentation).
• Maintain dashboards or trackers to monitor progress across departments.

Process Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to streamline operations.
• Help standardize reporting, workflows, and cross-team collaboration.

Confidentiality

• Handle all sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage people diplomatically while ensuring accountability.
• Tech-savvy: familiar with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, CRM systems, etc.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to anticipate needs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create or optimize internal processes.
• Good analytical/reporting skills.

MLOps | Exp- 10 + yrs

Working Shift Hour - Anytime in between 11 am to 11pm. ( It can start from 11am, 12am , 1pm or 2 pm)

Location- Remote ( C2C Oppurtunity)

Required Skills:

• Expertise in deploying Tensorflow and PyTorch. Experience with both computer vision and language models strongly preferred.
• The ability to select and transform features at scale for BERT-based models.
• Setting up monitoring and evaluation metrics in Sagemaker.
• Creating A/B tests for ML models in Sagemaker.
• Expertise in model deployment and orchestration.

Experience:

• Deploying transformer-based models with Tensorflow or PyTorch in production workflows.
• Resource selection, evaluation and optimization for production model deployments.
• Familiarity and demonstrated experience with the following strongly preferred:
• Convolutional neural networks
• Feedforwards Neural networks
• Diffusion Models
• Ranking Algorithms
• Approximate Nearest Neighbors - HNSW.

Job description -

1. Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization's website

2. Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connection with customers

3. Monitor company presence on social media

4. Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness

5. Plan, monitor & execute social media activities on channels like Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, etc.

6. Run ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other similar channels. 

7.Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimisation etc.)

Job description:

• Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-ups related information.
• Posting vacancies on portals.
• Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds Responsible for negotiation, paperwork validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
