Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js to build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise across backend, frontend, REST services, databases, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend services using Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and high-performance front-end applications using React.js, Redux, and modern UI libraries.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for efficient data modeling and query optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
• Deploy and monitor applications using CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
• Stay updated with emerging tools and technologies in the full-stack ecosystem.

Backend (Java)

• Strong expertise in Java 8/11+
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security
• REST API development and microservices architecture

Frontend (React.js)

MERN Full stack eCommerce developer is responsible for writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.

The key skills and expertise needed are:

1. eCommerce/Retail experience can be optional but needs to have experience with any high volume customer facing web/mobile site

2. Web Development, Front End Development, AND In the browser performance profiling

3. Java, Spring Boot, React, Node, Redux, Webpack, Microservices, AND experience with AWS technologies to make the overall application stack more resilient

4. Performance Profiling of web/mobile experiences and experience with working in CICD environment

5. Experience working with Web based and mobile ecommerce sites or similar public facing websites with high customer volume

6. Needs to be able to work at the code level doing performance profile to evaluate how the website and associated digital platform is built to find performance improvement opportunities

Responsibilities:

• You'll be expected to work closely with other team members and mentor junior developers.

• Should have hands-on experience with C# programming including. NET Framework, ASP. NET and. NET Core.
• Analyze requirements and provide estimates.
• Ensure adherence to delivery schedules & quality processes and establish solutions for the client.

• Ensure that software enhancements and system fixes meet intended business needs according to defined requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications from which application programs will be developed and execute QA routines to ensure quality of software.
• Assist in the planning and deployment of software releases.

Requirements:

• Design and/or development experience with. NET, C#, ASP. NET, . Net Core, MVC, MVVM, WPF, Micro Services, React, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript, C3 D3 CSS, Azure Services in an n-tier architecture.
• Database design and development (Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL or MongoDB).
• React Native experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture.
• Experience with concurrent development source control (Git) and continuous integration (Pipeline or Jenkins or Bamboo).
• Timely creation of appropriate documents e. g. Application Architecture, Database Schema, Sequence diagrams, Class diagrams, etc.
• Interpersonal communication and organisational skills required to operate as a contributing member of virtual teams that deliver quality services.
