Software Implementation Consultant

Codemonk is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee software development projects from beginning to end, serving as a crucial link between clients and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the final product aligns with the client’s business needs and objectives.
2. Implement industry best practices for defining project Sprints, goals, and deliverables, continuously enhancing them.
3. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress using Jira.
4. Ensure timely delivery of all projects within scope and budget.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and stakeholders.
6. Manage resource allocation and availability.
7. Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and methods, communicating progress to relevant stakeholders.
8. Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring project objectives are met.
9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
10. Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
2. 4 - 6 years of experience as a project manager/business analyst in software development,
3. Strong experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
7. Experience with project management and business analysis tools like JIRA / Asana.

• Set objectives and goals for the team and track progress.
• It is an employee-facing managerial role.
• Lead multiple resources and groups from an operational angle and track progress through daily standups.
• Should be excellent in writing general email communication.
• Dealing with email inquiries.
• Taking minutes of the meeting and tracking those to closure.
• Document an overall status report of engagement.
• Mentor and coach team to work on creating case studies for the respective projects.
• Follow up with the prospects for getting appointments. Acting partially like a Sales Manager.
• Monitoring the daily progress of team members.
• Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes.
• The person will be managing groups related to delivery, content creation, graphics, and social media departments.
• Should conduct standup meetings
• Use of Google sheet, Asana and Slack to streamline the project, resource, and portfolio management.
• Develop the project plan for the tasks, dependencies, and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality.
• Detail-oriented with strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Experience working in diverse and collaborative environments.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
• Providing input into the planning process.
• Good at decision making, relationship building & have good leadership qualities.
• Capable of developing procedures, service standards, operational policies, and guidelines with an attitude for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Lead generation through cold calling.

• Maintain a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audiences and weekly closure by continuous follow-up.
• Providing counseling to students and helping them choose the right learning module.
• Willing to travel within city limits convincing the customers (i.e. parents) to invest in the Toppscholars learning app to improve their children's quality of education and academic result by establishing the unique value proposition of the Toppscholars learning app.
• Ensuring end-to-end delivery and sustaining the given targets.
