- Engage and individually manage customers from inception of the project until the solution is live
- Provide technical, business consulting and product expertise to customers enabling comprehensive solution to be delivered to the customers
- Facilitate technical discussions and white boarding for project integrations and technical solutions from one to many technical applications
- Determine the scope of the implementation technology solution and the resources required to successfully complete
- Develop client requirements specifications for integrations, product extension and enhancements
- Produce requirements specifications for the product management and engineering teams clearly articulating end-state requirements to meet customer expectations

Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of software/technology products for enterprise customers.
- Own implementation projects from initial requirements gathering and planning through UAT, deployment, and customer go-live.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear implementation plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary project/implementation point of contact for enterprise customers.
- Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and other internal teams to resolve dependencies, issues, and implementation blockers.
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide executive-level updates and reporting to customers and internal leadership.
- Engage directly with C-level executives, Directors, VPs, and other senior enterprise stakeholders.
