Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on engineering leader who can own technical design and drive end-to-end development of scalable, high-quality systems. This role requires strong architectural depth, coding excellence, and the ability to mentor engineers while building production-grade applications in a fast-paced agile environment.

You will lead by example — designing systems, writing clean code, solving complex problems, and ensuring engineering best practices across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java-based technologies along with practical experience in AI-powered applications, Generative AI, Machine Learning integrations, or AI frameworks. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance solutions leveraging modern AI technologies.

Technical Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in:
