Technical Program Manager- Job Overview As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at RapidClaims, you will play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional execution of large-scale technical initiatives. You will partner with engineering, product, and operations teams to design, plan, and deliver mission-critical programs that power our AI-driven revenue cycle management platform. This role requires a balance of strong technical depth, program management expertise, and exceptional communication skills to ensure seamless alignment across teams and stakeholders. Role Definition: The Technical Program Manager will own the end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact technical programs. This includes roadmap alignment, tracking deliverables, managing risks, and ensuring projects are executed with speed, quality, and efficiency. We are seeking a skilled Senior QA engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with development teams and product managers to test software solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.​

Requirements

• Should have led multiple teams and have worked on large scale projects.

• Hands-on experience with both white box, black box testing and automated testing tools.

• Design, develop, and maintain the end-to-end MLOps infrastructure from the ground up, leveraging open-source systems across the entire MLOps landscape.
