Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Implement backend services using Node.js, Express, or similar technologies.
• Handle end-to-end project delivery, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems.
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability for mobile and web applications.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly.

Requirements :

• 2+ Years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on React Native.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.
• Proven experience in delivering end-to-end projects.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

What You’ll Do:

● Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (Flutter experience is a plus).

● Handle end-to-end app deployment: build, register, and release applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

● Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality UI/UX.

● Work on web application tasks as needed, including front-end (React.js preferred) or minor backend integration.

● Debug, optimize, and continuously improve app performance and scalability.

● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

What We’re Looking For:

● Minimum 2 years of professional experience in React Native development.

● Exposure to Flutter is a plus.

● Proven experience in publishing apps to both Android and iOS stores, including certificates, provisioning profiles, app review process.

● Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React.js or similar).

● Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and common dev tools.

● Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

● Experience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, or payment integration.

● CI/CD knowledge for mobile deployment.

● Backend development familiarity (Node.js, FastAPI, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development and launch of features on the our App
• Participate in scoping, planning discussions with the designers, PMs, and Leads
• Conceptualize and develop prototypes quickly
• Develop and own launch plans to completion
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve the performance and the architecture of our App
• We will depend on this person to set-up/improve the code quality, tracking, and App architecture and this person needs to have extensively worked on React + Android/iOS

Required Skills

• Min. 3 years of Full-time work experience (College projects, Internships are not a part of this)
• Hands-on experience with React Native
• Deep expertise of either iOS or Android platform and ecosystems
• Deep understanding of your tools: Languages, frameworks, systems.
• Experience with abstracting requirements into frameworks.
• Has worked with the react ecosystem for eg, redux, react-query, react-router etc.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a consumer tech set-up (ecommerce, D2C)
• Work with Rest APIs

Good-to-have Skills

• Experience with video streaming and Real Time Communication technologies.

-Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax

-Build pixel-perfect, smooth UIs across both mobile platforms

-Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms

-Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native

-Knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming

-Strong knowledge and experience in either iOS or Android native application development

-Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Android Studio

• Work on Examarly’s most complex web applications by designing, implementing, and unit testing the frontend application code.
• Work on UI frameworks and abstractions that help define a reliable, reusable and performant web platform.
• Build a next-gen UI using the latest technologies: React Native, Redux, Sass
• Help teams with defining an architecture that would scale and also encourage best practices.
• Goto person to get clarity of problem statements and also can break down into meaningful tasks.
• Influence and impact a best-in-class customer experience in your group and contribute to overall customer experience in your area.
• Work with stakeholders in defining, planning, estimating and ultimately delivering features that deliver meaningful results and business impact.

• Experience with modern UX technologies such as React Native,  and nodeJS.
• Good understanding of functional programming using JavaScript
• Experience with RESTful services
• Excellent software design and coding skills and understanding of OO concepts.
• Experience with building web experiences and knowing the web technologies
• Ability to debug and resolve issues spanning multiple subsystems.
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong expertise with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
• Experience in working with designers and design tools such as Figma

Responsibilities:
1. Understanding the scope of work
2. Working with the design, programming & testing team on project estimates & timelines
3. Coordinate with team to build assets to be used within the mobile application
4. Build Application static flows using React Native with Redux
5. Integrate JSON web services
6. Working with the tester to fix bugs reported by the testers
7. Building and deploying the application to the app store

Requirements:
1. Understanding of the Mobile Application Development lifecycle
2. Hands-on experience with React Native

4. Understanding of Advanced JavaScript – ES6
5. Understanding of Flexbox
7. Understanding of iOS/Android module integration
