What you’ll be doing :-

• Own the solution design and user experience aspects of any project/product. This includes conducting user research through interviews, observations and other research methods & translating it into insights that are simple, intuitive and result in delightful user experiences.

• Understands product specifications and identifies user touchpoints/ interactions through the various journeys

• Work closely with the product team to translate business requirements into user personas, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, prototypes (paper sketches to high- fidelity), flow diagrams and finally production quality mocks for web, mobile web and apps.

• Create images and videos for our various products selling on multiple e-commerce websites.

• Producing graphic content for landing pages, page layouts, site graphics & static & banners

• Defining standards and guidelines for UI and Usability.

• Will work across different brands from food/fashion/BPC categories.

• Suggest design solutions in the form of sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and paper/interactive prototypes.

What will you bring :-

• You are comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment.

• Must have the ability to work with a sense of urgency and be able to successfully navigate changing priorities

• 2-3 years of experience as a visual designer

• Advanced proficiency in visual design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite's InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator or any other relevant tools

• Knowledge of 3D design and animation tools such as 3DS Max, Maya.

Responsibilities

·       Create Photo and Video content for Hidesign.

·       Creating content will require

-         Research and planning for the shoots

-         Shoot Videos and Photos on the planned date, in coordination with the different teams within the company and sourcing products & models if required.

-         Edit and colour grade the Videos and photos using phone apps as well as softwares such as Premiere, AfterEffects, Photoshop, Lightroom.

·       This content will be used for Social media posts & reels, instore videos, website banners etc

·       The Content creator will understand reel & post engagement, and continuously improve on various content buckets like – trending reels / educational / entertainment / asmr etc.

·       Work with a time bound structure for all projects and cater to the requirements of external stakeholders.

Planning, Designing and Creating Layout on Photoshop, Editing Images, If worked in Jewelery Business will be Preferable.

Work Timmings :- 9:30 to 6:30Pm

A Creative Designer must complete various tasks in order to produce a finished model, graphic or label. We have reviewed several job listings and found the following among the core Creative Designer duties and responsibilities.

Produce Design Concepts

It is up to the Creative Designer to initialize a project by coming up with a general concept and presenting the idea with a rough layout that might include sketches or digital illustrations. At this stage, a Creative Designer might work in collaboration with managers, engineers, artists and other designers to evaluate the credibility of the design and to provide solutions for possible issues relating to the actual production of this design.

Assist with Prototype Development

Once the design has been approved, it will enter a production stage in which a prototype can be created. The Creative Designer will once again collaborate with a team to ensure that the prototype is created within project specifications and expectations.

Coordinate Services of Outside Vendors

If the project a Creative Designer is working on is a brochure or label, quite often a printer will be needed to produce the finished product. Or, a digital model might require technical support or engineering services. These types of duties might be assigned to outside vendors and it is often the Creative Designer who will be responsible for finding vendors to work with.

Creative Designers should be strong communicators who think creatively, are detail-oriented and are able to meet deadlines. They should thrive in a collaborative environment and possess strong problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills. A Creative Designer should take a customer-driven approach to creating marketing and advertising materials. Besides these general skills, many employers might look for potential Camp Counselor candidates to possess the following skills.

• One-Two years of professional pre-press print and digital production experience
• Proficient DTP skills in Adobe Creative Suite or higher, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Proven experience of managing DTP/Prepress print Team on a day-to-day basis
• Proven accountability for own work quality and on time delivery
• Ability to achieve delivery expectations within tight deadlines
• Proficient in English language communication and skills
• Degree/Diploma in print and/or digital communications or equivalent
