BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:

We are aiming at reinforcing our CRM Competency Center for IDS Global CRM Projects.

This strategy is based on the following points:

** Support on the Echancement and Evolutions for IDS Global CRM projects For example CMA, PPL, WEASY

** Solution is based on Salesforce software

** Creation of an internal Competency Center to Manage Support and Projects

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) consultant experience should be at least 5 years - Experience with SAP C4C Sales and Service processes.

- Excellent understanding of Business flow & expertise in requirement gathering from business department.

- Experience with C4C business configuration

- Excellent knowledge about Layouts, Language Adaptations, Code list restrictions and other Administrator activities.

- Configuration of C4C solution using OData, KUT, Workflows, MDR

- Experience with C4C Data Migration and Mass Data Maintenance

- Develop and maintain extension and CD fields with translations

- Experience working with data tools to import and update data in C4C system

- Employee and Service Agent Management

- Familiar with Integration between C4C and SAP ERP On-Premise using HCI

- Technical Support to Sales User department

- SAP ERP and IDOC experience will be helpful

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years

SKILL LEVEL REQUIRED: Medium

Task:

• Need to run our software products in different international environments (on premise and cloud providers)
• Support the developers while debugging issues
• Analyse and monitor software during runtime to find bugs, performance issues and plan growth of the system
• Integrate new technologies to support our products while growing in the market
• Develop Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment Pipelines
• Maintain our on premise hosted servers and applications, like operating system upgrades, software upgrades, introducing new database versions etc.
• Automation of task to reduce amount of human errors and parallelize work

We wish:

• Basic OS knowledge (Debian, CentOS, Suse Enterprise Linux)
• Webserver administration and optimization (Apache, Traefik)
• Database administration and optimization (Mysql/MariaDB, Oracle, Elasticsearch)
• jvm administration and optimization application server administration and optimization (Servicemix, Karaf, Glassfish, Springboot)
• Scripting experience (Perl, Python, PHP, Java)
• Monitoring experience (Icinga/Nagios, Appdynamics, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Knowledge container management (Docker/ContainerD, DC/OS, Kubernetes)
• Experience with automatic deployment processes (Ansible, Gitlab-CI, Helm)
• Define and optimize processes for system maintenance, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
