Strong Product Manager with relevant industry (ERP/POS/B2B SaaS in RetailTech) experience OR Top College MBA graduate with 2 years experience in product company

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS in Retail Tech Industry OR POS OR Supply-chain/Logistic-Tech OR Commerce / Omnichannel platforms.

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have proven track record of driving measurable business impact, such as improvements in product adoption, revenue, retention, activation, or customer experience, rather than only delivering features.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must demonstrate end-to-end product ownership, including product discovery, PRD creation, prioritization, launch, and post-launch performance tracking

Mandatory (Stability) – Candidate should have worked minimum 1.5 years in each company

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and connect with prospective clients to explain SaaS products.

• Arrange meetings and product demos with potential customers.

• Communicate effectively via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

• Maintain follow-ups to build and nurture client relationships.

• Prepare and send professional emails to prospects and clients.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in SaaS product sales.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to engage with clients and clearly explain product value.

• Good email writing and follow-up skills.

Experience: 1–2 years (preferably in SaaS product sales)

CTC: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

What You’ll Do

• Taking an active role in architecting the solutions we build
• Designing and implementing web applications using JavaScript and its frameworks (i.a. React, Vue, Angular), HTML5 and CSS3
• Working closely with the dispersed development team, client, and project manager in the SCRUM methodology
• Ensuring that programming practices and code quality are respected
• Supporting other engineers with your expertise when needed (knowledge sharing)
• Leading your colleagues’ growth and development

What you bring to the table

• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript (good knowledge of ES2016; newer versions and TS 3+ are a plus)
• Experience in developing web applications using Angular2+ and another modern framework
• Being comfortable HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
• Demonstrated tech leadership in a medium-sized team, and the ability to design a complex system
• Eagerness to learn and constantly improve yourself
• Being a team player focused on getting things done

• Define and document detailed requirements detailing market opportunities and associated technical integrations in collaboration with architects, engineers, and key stakeholders with ISVs and strategic partners.
• Drive product execution across a large set of engineers, product designers, and product managers.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on company Platform collaterals and sales tools such as articles, datasheets, white papers, blogs, how-to videos, demos, etc.
• Conduct usability testing interviews to gather feedback on Product integration prototypes.
• Identify market opportunities and conduct customer/user research interviews in conjunction with lead Product Managers.
• Deliver product management analysis, including market requirements, and customer experience artifacts.
• Develop a deep understanding of the RDBMS competitive market landscape and product analysis.
• Own the roadmap of active and future projects and maintain the backlog of features and priorities.
• Be outcome and KPI drove to achieve growth of your products and take the right actions accordingly.
• Work with the engineering and product team to ensure proper investment and execution in support of your strategy.
• Communicate regularly with senior leadership on status, risks, and change control.

Requirements:

• Have 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical role, with at least 3 years of those in a product management role.
• Have experience defining a roadmap and managing incremental execution through successful launches.
• Detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to prioritize and manage blocking issues.
• Thrive in the dynamic environment that comes with being part of a fast-moving startup. That means flexibility as well as dealing with ambiguity.
• Experience working across organizations with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, Engineering, and Design.
• 2+ years experience in data infrastructure or related IaaS products and/or services; AWS and/or Google Cloud background preferred.
• Strong communication skills, analytical skills, and data-driven product decision-making mindset.
• Experience with product management planning and design tools - Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq, AHA!

Nice to have:

• Strong proficiency in the big data ecosystem e.g. Kafka, Spark, or similar technologies.
• Technically savvy and experienced with the cloud, APIs, enterprise software.
• Worked on data platforms or streaming applications.

• A graphic design qualification or similar.
• Portfolio with design projects.
• Proven work experience as a graphic designer.
• Working experience with image design tools (e.g. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, corel draw).
• A keen eye for visual details.
• Aesthetic skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
