Responsibilities

· Consult with clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences

· Provide expert advice on furniture selection, placement, and design concepts

· Create detailed floor plans and 3D visualizations to help clients envision their spaces

· Stay current with industry trends and new products to inform clients about the best options

available

· Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the selection and purchase of furniture

· Conduct site visits to assess spaces and provide personalized recommendations

· Develop and present design proposals that align with client budgets and timelines

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

· Proven experience as an interior consultant or similar role in the furniture industry

· Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and furniture styles

· Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tool

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects

Job description:

• Handling all fresh inquiries by making outbound phone calls answering basic queries, and xing their appointments with Counsellors of Organization

• These would be all the leads who have already inquired about the courses at Organization through various media. The calls would NOT be cold calls to random data.

• Follow up calls to all these inquiries as required.

• Update the details on CRM and other systems used by the company

• Submit daily activity report to immediate superior

Desired Profile:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, counseling skills required

• Should be target oriented, focused, proactive, and keen learner (one who reads or is constantly learning and upgrading his or her knowledge base

Experience: 1 -4 year (Preferred a call center experience)

Education: Graduate

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Candidate will be responsible for test execution of LTE protocol and performance, analyze and report software defects, interwork with development teams in identifying a potential fix and retest fixes. 
• Should be having good analysis skills with a sound understanding of LTE Concepts. 
• Responsibilities include test execution- with failure root cause analysis System acquisition, LTE Protocol testing. 
• The candidate will also support troubleshooting and reproducing customer failures for debugging. 
• Must have good call processing knowledge as per 3GPP specifications for GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/LTE capable phones. 
• Candidate must be reliable regular with good work ethics. 

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: 

• LTE with 5G/4G Experience 

1. Understanding of LTE/5G/4G end-to-end flows 
2. Working experience on UEs and/or RAN side. 
3. Good understanding of RRC, RRM MAC & NAS protocols on the Air interface 

• Tools and Analytical Skills 

1. Log Analysis Experience 
2. Working experience with end-to-end setups 
3. Scripting experience on Keysight/Anite/Anritsu/R&S tools. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication 
• 3 to 8 years plus experience in the 4G/5G domain 
• Excellent communication and strong Analytical skills required 

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/ engineering from premier Institutions
• 4-7 years experience with at least 3 years in areas relevant to operations or operations design (for Pre MBA profiles)
• 2-4 years experience with at least 1 year in areas relevant to operations or operations design (for MBA profiles)
• Experience in working on marketplace/ blue-collared mobile products
• Deep analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong data and analytics capabilities
• Product mindset and problem-solving ability
• Ability to look at the big picture while solutioning

• Ability to meet deadlines consistently and communicate status effectively.
