🔎 Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound IT Administrator to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, system security, and high availability of technology resources.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, and applications
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
• Handle user access management, email setup, and security permissions
• Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall configurations
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, AMC, and support services
• Provide L1/L2 technical support to employees
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity standards
• Support onboarding and offboarding with system access and asset allocation

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–5 years of proven experience as an IT Administrator or System Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Linux basics, and networking concepts
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint security
• Knowledge of firewalls, antivirus, data backup, and recovery systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure – basic level preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• ITIL certification or similar

What you’ll do here:

•Lead the technical implementation of our platform using Python for new and existing clients

•Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to help us build and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure. You will work closely with our development, product, and security teams to streamline deployments, improve performance, and ensure cloud infrastructure resilience.

Responsibilities:

● Deploy, manage, and monitor infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

● Build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and integrate them with Git workflows

● Design and manage Kubernetes clusters and helm-based deployments

● Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform

● Set up logging, monitoring, and alerting (Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana)

● Ensure security best practices across cloud resources, networks, and secrets

● Automate repetitive operations and improve system reliability

● Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues in staging/production environments

What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills:

● 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or SRE role

● Strong knowledge of GCP services (IAM, GKE, Cloud Run, VPC, Cloud Build, etc.)

● Proficiency in Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting)

● Experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning

● CI/CD pipeline setup using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools

● Understanding of DevSecOps principles and cloud security practices

● Good command over Linux, shell scripting, and basic networking concepts

Nice to have:

● Experience with Docker, Helm, ArgoCD

● Exposure to other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

● Familiarity with incident response and disaster recovery planning

● Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools like ELK, Prometheus, Grafana

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of swift.
• iOS app architecture.
• REST API Integration.
• Experience in creating fluid animations using UIKit animations and transitions
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Familiar with APN and Firebase Push notifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Database Developer or DBA or similar role
• Experience in SQL, No-SQL and Graph databases
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Azure
• Experience with Performance Tuning, optimization, backups, restores and recovery models
• Experience of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server

• Great interpersonal and communication skills    

Key aspects of this role:

• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly-responsive user interface components using React
concepts.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js workflows.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.

To be the right fit, you'll need:
• Minimum 4+ years relevant experience in application development and React JS.
• Knowledge of React hooks such that use Context, use Reducer, use Effect.
• Knowledge of React props and state management (both functional and class component)
• Strong understanding of Error boundary concept of react.
• Work experience with any react based UI library or Redux is preferable
• Experience in building cross-browser layouts with CSS and HTML
