Qualifications and Experience:

Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Good communication skills to effectively interpret design briefs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is beneficial but not mandatory.
