The Workflow Implementation Specialist will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and ensure that the workflows are set up correctly.

- Configure and customize the workflows to meet the client's specific needs and translate them onto the product.
- Work in collaboration with project managers, perform configuration activities for successful delivery of the project and handover to account management.
