Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent research in Large Language Models (LLMs) and related predictive machine learning fields.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a research team comprising of senior members and interns.

• Publish research findings in reputed journals (preferred) or present at leading conferences.

• Develop and experiment with advanced AI and machine learning algorithms.

• Build, validate, and deploy models using PyTorch and other deep learning frameworks.

• Apply rigorous Object-Oriented Programming principles for developing scalable AI solutions.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transition research into applicable solutions.

• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance within the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or related fields (IIT or top-tier research institute preferred).
• Candidates with Ph.D. require no additional experience.
• M.Tech/MS in Computer Science, AI, or related fields from a top research institute with 3–4 years of dedicated research experience.
• Proven track record of research in LLMs or related AI domains, demonstrated by at least:
• 1 journal publication (preferred), or
• 4 high-quality conference papers.
• Strong expertise in PyTorch and other deep learning frameworks.
• Solid proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

Job Title: Tender Executive

Location: Ludhiana / Punjab (or mention as per requirement)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tender Executive who can handle end-to-end tendering activities including searching, documentation, bidding, and submission of government and private tenders through various portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze relevant tenders from GeM, CPPP, State portals, e-procurement websites, etc.
• Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, and terms & conditions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for technical, commercial, and financial documents.
• Prepare and submit tenders (online & offline) within deadlines.
• Handle EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain tender records, submissions, and follow-ups.
• Track tender status, results, and coordinate for clarifications or negotiations.

Job Title: Full Stack Developer - SDE 1

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and ship user-centric features spanning frontend, backend, and database systems under guidance.
• Define and implement RESTful/GraphQL APIs and efficient, scalable database schemas.
• Build reusable, maintainable frontend components using modern state management practices.
• Develop backend services in Node.js or Python, adhering to clean-architecture principles.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
