Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Engineer with expertise in Qlik Replicate, Qlik Compose, and Data Warehousing to build and maintain robust data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Change Data Capture (CDC) pipelines from various sources, an understanding of Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers, SQL querying for data warehouses like Amazon Redshift, and experience with Data Lakes using S3. A foundational understanding of Apache Parquet and Python is also desirable. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Data Pipeline Development & Maintenance 

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Qlik Replicate and Qlik Compose. 
• Ensure seamless data replication and transformation across multiple systems. 
• Implement and optimize CDC-based data pipelines from various source systems. 

2. Data Layering & Warehouse Management 

• Implement Bronze, Silver, and Gold layer architectures to optimize data workflows. 
• Design and manage data pipelines for structured and unstructured data. 
• Ensure data integrity and quality within Redshift and other analytical data stores. 

3. Database Management & SQL Development 

• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for data warehouses like Redshift. 
• Design and implement data models that support business intelligence and analytics use cases. 

4. Data Lakes & Storage Optimization 

• Work with AWS S3-based Data Lakes to store and manage large-scale datasets. 
• Optimize data ingestion and retrieval using Apache Parquet. 

5. Data Integration & Automation 

• Integrate diverse data sources into a centralized analytics platform. 
• Automate workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. 
• Leverage Python for scripting, automation, and data manipulation where necessary. 

6. Performance Optimization & Monitoring 

• Monitor data pipelines for failures and implement recovery strategies. 
• Optimize data flows for better performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL and data replication issues proactively. 

Technical Expertise Required: 

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or related roles. 
• Hands-on experience with Qlik Replicate & Qlik Compose for data integration. 
• Strong SQL expertise, with experience in writing and optimizing queries for Redshift. 
• Experience working with Bronze, Silver, and Gold layer architectures. 
• Knowledge of Change Data Capture (CDC) pipelines from multiple sources. 
• Experience working with AWS S3 Data Lakes. 
• Experience working with Apache Parquet for data storage optimization. 
• Basic understanding of Python for automation and data processing. 
• Experience in cloud-based data architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in performance tuning and cost optimization in Redshift. 
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop. 
• Understanding of data governance and security best practices. 
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI. 

Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling:

• Developing and implementing machine learning models for prediction, classification, and clustering.
• Selecting appropriate algorithms and techniques based on the problem and data.
• Evaluating model performance and optimizing for accuracy.

Data Visualization and Communication:

• Creating clear and concise visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaboration and Problem-Solving:

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.

IoT backend - * Good work experience in C#.Net, Asp.Net Web APIs, Microservices

The Risk team is responsible for overall risk framework and strategy for the organization. The team develops various risk models, arrives at various sector reports from a risk perspective and provides in depth analysis and recommendation around risk profiles of various clients.

In this role, the person is responsible for playing a leadership role in the Risk function to identify, assess, monitor and make timely and measured judgments on all current and potential future risks faced, in order to protect the organization’s interest, assets and reputation of the group along with growing shareholder value and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage risk for the retail and wholesale portfolio. Should have managed organization level Risk Policies, Credit Underwriting and Collection functions.
• Manage risk framework for the organization - including updating, establishing new risk management mechanisms, to identify, assess, monitor, measure and control a broad spectrum of risks. Ensure all policies and frameworks are kept updated and deployed to the optimum level.
• Develop continuous monitoring and improvement of the quality of the organization's credit and lending portfolio through credit policy direction and implementation.
• Possess a complete understanding the business. Evaluate, improve, and monitor the business, including assisting in reporting to the Board and Board Committees and providing leadership in the effectiveness of credit risk management controls, systems, and processes across the organization.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts.

• Possess 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry in a risk role.
• Exposure to both wholesale and retail risk in a banking environment will be preferred. Some experience in a business / sales role within the banking / NBFC space will be an added advantage.
• Should have held a position of authority in terms of allocation and appropriating limits.
• Sector understanding in financial institution space and good knowledge of interpreting financial trends.
• High proficiency in Python and SQL/NoSQL.
• Experience with big data and cloud computing e.g., PySpark, data lake is a plus.
• Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to speak at various levels of an organization (CXOs to analysts).
• Have demonstrated resilience – stayed with companies and taking businesses to scale, have preferably not ‘hopped jobs. Strong organizational skills and excellent follow-through.

Tentative Roles and Responsibilities -

• Understanding the data requirements of each desk
• Gathering elementary level Master data by visiting each of the 15 desks
• Assess the data points of information flow in Supply Chain Management Application and mapping it with the data points of the integrated financial management system
• Assess the gathered data for optimizing the information flow in the department
• Assess the integration points and workflows of Financial Institute with other entities
• Preparation of report formats for each desk
• Review and monitor the development of key financial modules for claim settlement, reimbursements, proforma accounts, budgeting and expenditure, accounts and bookkeeping, purchase management and infrastructure and administration
• Ensuring implementation of Accounting Management related Services and coordination with appointed CA firm for its completion
• Co-ordinate with different stakeholders to appraise issues at their end, which may lead to delay in the project, suggest solutions to remove the bottlenecks
• Support in reviewing, monitoring, and management of performance and conformance to the vendor's SLA
• Develop training plans and managing the training phases for the users on the functions and operations of the new application
• Drive change management during the transition phase
