WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
We are seeking a motivated Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (particularly Scrum), and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, including the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product Planning & Development:
- Assist in defining and prioritizing product roadmaps based on market research, customer feedback, and strategic business objectives.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into well-defined user stories and feature specifications.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring tasks are well-defined and prioritized.
- Project Management & Execution:
- Manage product development sprints using Scrum methodology.
- Track progress in Jira, ensuring timely updates, risk identification, and issue resolution.
- Clearly communicate project status, dependencies, and roadblocks to all stakeholders.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other necessary Scrum ceremonies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Work effectively across time zones to coordinate with US-based team members.
- Data Analysis:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing product-related metrics to inform decision-making.
- Monitor product performance, identify trends, and suggest areas for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in a product-related role (e.g., product management, project management, business analysis).
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

What you will do:
- Owning Fintech Fraud Risk products across account opening and account and activity monitoring
- Defining OKRs for success such as % approvals, bp in losses, good customer friction, precision/ recall etc.
