As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high performance, scalable, and secure applications. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer with experience in the Spring Framework to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using the Spring Framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
- Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements
- Gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Key Requirements:
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.).
- Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and web services.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.

The Language Engineering team works on the source code analyzers, including both programming languages and configuration-as-code systems. As a member of the Language Engineering team, you will work on building the best, most comprehensive, Scala analyzer in the world. You will add new rules and Autofixes for finding more issues with code and automatically fixing them. You will be involved with the community to understand the problems with static analysis tools in the Scala ecosystem.
As a member of the Language Engineering team, you will:

Identify bad code practices in Scala and write new analyzers to detect them.

Improve the coverage of automatically fixable issues.

Ensure fewer false-positives are reported by the analyzer.

We’re looking for someone who has:

Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science.

At least 3 years of professional software development experience in Scala and Java.
