Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives
• Gather requirements through user research, customer interviews, and data analysis
• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry developments
• Manage product launches and coordinate with marketing and sales teams
• Own product documentation and maintain the product backlog

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or communication technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software engineering in product development or QA.
• Proven track record of shipping successful products from conception to launch
• Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building or managing SaaS communication platforms (voice, SMS, messaging, or telephony)
• Prior work experience in Political Campaigns, Non-Profit Organizations, or Advocacy sectors
• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integrations
• Technical background or ability to understand system architecture
• Understanding of compliance requirements for communication platforms (TCPA, GDPR, etc.)
• Experience in working with AI for faster iteration on ideas, prototypes and research.

Hiring: Full-Time Project Manager

Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane

Timing: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Manager who can drive our design, marketing, and tech projects with passion and precision. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple teams, ensure project deadlines are met, and maintain high standards of execution and quality.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee a variety of projects focused on design, marketing campaigns, branding, websites, and tech development.

Plan project timelines, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.

Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams (designers, developers, marketers, social media managers).

Coordinate team efforts to maintain high standards of quality, creativity, and performance.

Identify project risks, suggest solutions, and proactively manage any roadblocks.

Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular status updates to management.

Ensure that all projects stay within budget, timeline, and defined scope.

Ideal Candidate:

1–2 years of project management experience (preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency environment).

Hands-on experience managing design, marketing, and tech projects.

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies, branding processes, UI/UX design, and website development.

Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, ClickUp, or Notion is a plus.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to maintain a positive approach under pressure.

• Experience working with Lamp Stack/PHP code
• Proficiency in Magento and/or WordPress is strongly preferred
• Involved in requirement analysis, design and development
• Involved in sending form data to restful API using Ajax calls
• Have experience in CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Jquery Mobile, Bootstrap
• Design, population, updating & editing of relational databases and RDBMS like SQL, MySql.
• Experience with using server like XAMPP is a Plus
• Known with usage of web technology like Ajax with PHP
• Having an experience with building Responsive UI Design with industry standard frameworks
• Work in a team environment creating and supporting enterprise grade applications
• Help architect, design new applications and support existing applications

Required:

- Strong background in, and at least 3+ years of working in tooling or QA automation

- Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in agile development environments

- Experience in writing, executing and monitoring automated test suites using a variety of technologies

- Proficient with bug tracking and test management toolsets to support development processes

- Strong working knowledge of testing fundamentals such as TDD & BDD

- Proficient working with relational databases such as MySQL & PostreSQL

- Some knowledge of Unix/Linux

Desired Skills:

- Building test infrastructures using containerization technologies such as Docker and working within continuous

delivery / continuous release pipeline processes

- Testing enterprise applications deployed to cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform

- Experience mentoring QA staff and end users on quality objectives and testing processes

- Understanding of coding enterprise applications within Java, PHP, and other languages

- Understanding of NoSQL database technologies such as MongoDB or DynamoDB

- Degree level qualifications in a technical related subject
