Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for web and mobile.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs and performance issues.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to resolve issues.
• Track and document defects using tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Perform regression and performance testing to ensure product quality.

Required Skills

• 0-2 years of QA or software testing experience.
• Proficiency with tools like Selenium, Postman, JIRA, and TestRail.
• Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CircleCI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)
• Worked on creating automation testing scripts.

Shift Timings: 12 PM – 9 PM IST

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 5–8 years of backend development experience
• Strong in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing the software workflows to meet the client's specific needs. The Workflow Implementation Specialist will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and ensure that the workflows are set up correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize the workflows to meet the client's specific needs and translate them onto the product.

- Work in collaboration with project managers, perform configuration activities for successful delivery of the project and handover to account management.

- Provide training to the client's users and ensure that they are comfortable using the software.

- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the workflows.

- Create and maintain workflow documentation and ensure that it is up-to-date.

- Facilitate user acceptance testing and sign-off by clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- At least 8 years of experience in software implementation, with a focus on workflow design and configuration.

• B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is required.
• Proven software development experience and Android skills development

A full-stack developer handles both: Front-end and Back-end. need to build web pages, websites, create UI, make the website simple and attractive.
