Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies.
• Ensure store shelves are fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Support the team in merchandising, inventory checks, and store cleanliness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Associate, Retail Assistant, or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• 3+ Years of designing and developing using AngularJS 
• Writing JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Knowledge of JavaScript MV-VM/MVC frameworks including Angular JS.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Proven experience implementing front-end and back-end JavaScript applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Acquire and activate travel agents through various channels like office visits, telephone, email, social networks, events & meetings.
• Establish, grow, and maintain commercial ties with travel agents—both current and potential—in the designated territory to attract new partners for our services.
• Create a sales funnel, identify the right leads, define long-term goals, and engage in strategic business planning.
• Align sales activities with tele-sales team, product, marketing, and customer success team.
• Build in-depth understand of our products and give demos or solve product queries to convert agents.
• Attend road shows, trade fairs and other travel industry events.
• Maintain and analyse data.
• Stay updated on industry insights and opportunities for strategic planning and growth.

Experience and Skills you MUST have:

• At least 4 years sales experience in the travel industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships
• Prior experience in acquiring travel agents or in visas or insurance is a big plus
• Proficient with using CRMs and google sheets
• Ability to handle pressure

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js and React Native. His/her primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js and React Native.
• Work with Bright's design team to build excellent UI components.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Architect, build and maintain excellent javascript/React Native applications with clean code.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixesReact Native moves fast and often breaks things.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and CSS .
• Thorough understanding of React/React-Native and its core principles.
• Past experience with building Customer Facing UI components.
• Some experience with UI design and related tools.
• Knowledge of automation testing framework using any technology for web and mobile apps is a plus.
• Knowledge of Database basics, SQL queries, etc.
