Job Summary

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented QA Automation Tester to join our QA team. You will be responsible for writing and executing automated test cases, identifying bugs, and supporting the overall testing efforts to ensure software quality. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in test automation while working closely with experienced QA professionals and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand functional and non-functional requirements to design relevant test cases.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts under the guidance of senior QA team members.
• Use automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in creating and managing test data and environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and senior QA
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support manual testing activities as needed.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new testing tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Ensure test coverage, consistency, and accuracy across the software lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in QA automation testing.
• Basic experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Familiarity with one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• Understanding of QA processes, software testing methodologies, and defect life cycle.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the test automation domain.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Hands-on experience with test management or bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Exposure to version control systems like Git.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools like Jenkins.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Foundation, Selenium WebDriver certification).

Job Description :

· Need 2D animators to develop professional quality 2D animations/Modules, basis the scripts being shared.

· Critical need to visualize and when required build on scripts and create animation for effective story lines independently.

· Ability to work on multiple projects and supervise the team. Going beyond the brief to think of ideas proactively.

· Liaising with clients and interpreting their briefs. Ability to quickly adapt and reuse components from existing into new ones.

· Visualize independently to come up with fresh designs/layouts and animations.

· Overseeing Modules/Animations through the production stage to final completion.

· Adherence to design and branding style guides, standards, and processes

Job Responsibility:

· At least 2 years design and animation and illustration experience MUST include character design, background scene environment and 2D animation.

· Key Skills –Adobe Flash, Illustration/sketching, Character Design and Animation. Very Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Sound Editing is required.

· Illustration/drawing with good visualization skills for Storyboarding.

· Action scripting knowledge will be an added advantage though not mandatory.

· Design Studio experience is preferred though not mandatory.

Additional Information:

· Previous K-12 animation experience preferred.

• BTech degree in computer science or related field.
• 4-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of any of the databases like MySQL, NoSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
• Experience in Java and web technologies.
• Experience in scripting languages like Python, PHP, etc.
• Hands-on experience with systems that are asynchronous, RESTful and demand concurrency.
• Knowledge of best software engineering practices for all stages of software development life cycle

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience
• Experience with VoIP based technologies based on SIP protocol.
• Solid C, C++ experience, Python
• Experience in developing multi-threaded and client server application
• Experience in Linux/Unix environment
• Experience/Knowledge in at least three of the following technical areas is also required:
• Object oriented design and methodologies
• Experience developing cloud-based services (e.g. SaaS, PaaS)
• Knowledge and development background in web services, or web based technologies using REST.
• Experience with highly available/redundant softwer.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Strong writing skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities.
• Knowledge of software development methodology, build tools and product life cycle; experience in agile development is a plus.
• Excellent team skill, can-do attitude, focus on quality.

• Hands-on experience in Laravel
