Position Overview-

This role would be a part of our B2B sales function for our growing India business. He/She

would drive the new client acquisition and client relationship management.

Role and Responsibilities-

• Use a mixture of inside sales, and borderline contacts, to source a demo with the
• VP/Head of Sales of a lead.
• Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
• Orchestrate discussions with senior execs (CXOs) around their business needs.
• Timely follow-up with clinical precision.
• Manage and maintain a list of interested prospects.
• Deep understanding of the product.
• Meet personal sales targets.
• Given the name of a mid to large company, identify the right PoC using LinkedIn and Primenumbers contacts databases.

Requirements-

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English and Hindi communication is essential.
• Education - Graduation (Btech, BE, BSc electronics, BCA preferred)

ROLE SUMMARY:

• Our growing company is seeking to hire a Scrum Master who will be able to contribute to our Project Function team in organizing our ongoing and new projects. This task involves facilitating the cross-functional teams in executing the principles of Agile, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and is responsible for removing the impediments that are preventing the teams from completing the work.
• To be successful as a Scrum Master, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. MBA and at least 1 year of experience in IT industry is required for consideration.

QUALIFICATION:

• 3-6 years of experience in agile and scrum; Exposure to JIRA
• CSM/PSM Certification from Scrum Alliance (Mandatory)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum/KANBAN practices
• 2. Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible
• 3. Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
• 4. Responsible for ensuring Scrum/KANBAN is understood and the team adheres to Scrum/KANBAN theory, practice, and guidelines.
• 5. Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
• 6. Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.
• 7. Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• 8. Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders), Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• 9. Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items, Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress
• 10. Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
• 11. Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
• 12. Assist the Product Owner with the Product Backlog
• 13. Works with Agile coaches and other Scrum master's to grow within the role.
• 14. Resolve team impediments with other Scrum master's to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.

We are looking for a DataOps Engineer with expertise while operating a data lake. Amazon S3, Amazon EMR, and Apache Airflow for workflow management are used to build the data lake.

You have experience of building and running data lake platforms on AWS. You have exposure to operating PySpark-based ETL Jobs in Apache Airflow and Amazon EMR. Expertise in monitoring services like Amazon CloudWatch.

What you will do?

• Operate the current data lake deployed on AWS with Amazon S3, Amazon EMR, and Apache Airflow
• Debug and fix production issues in PySpark.
• Determine the RCA (Root cause analysis) for production issues.
• Collaborate with product teams for L3/L4 production issues in PySpark.
• Contribute to enhancing the ETL efficiency
• Build CloudWatch dashboards for optimizing the operational efficiencies
• Handle escalation tickets from L1 Monitoring engineers
• Assign the tickets to L1 engineers based on their expertise

What are we looking for?

• AWS data Ops engineer.
• Overall 5+ years of exp in the software industry Exp in developing architecture data applications using python or scala, Airflow, and Kafka on AWS Data platform Experience and expertise.
• Must have set up or led the project to enable Data Ops on AWS or any other cloud data platform.
• Strong data engineering experience on Cloud platform, preferably AWS.
• Experience with data pipelines designed for reuse and use parameterization.
• Experience of pipelines was designed to solve common ETL problems.
• Understanding or experience on various AWS services can be codified for enabling DataOps like Amazon EMR, Apache Airflow.
• Experience in building data pipelines using CI/CD infrastructure.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as code for DataOps ennoblement.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and create quick PoCs.

You will be preferred if

• Expertise in Amazon EMR, Apache Airflow, Terraform, CloudWatch
• Exposure to MLOps using Amazon Sagemaker is a plus.
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Associate Level Certificate
• AWS DevOps Professional Certificate

Skills/Experience

1. Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Android development experience.
2. Strong Java and object-oriented concepts.
3. Solid understanding of Android architectural patterns especially MVVM and their importance in scalable software development process.
4. Strong understanding of Android fundamentals.
5. Experience in Android UI creation.
6. Experience of Android Live Data, Kotlin and Constraint layout would be a huge plus point.

• Lead Generation activities such as cold calling to prospects
• Assist in preparation of sales proposals, RFP, and RFI responses
• Research and develop prospect list using LinkedIn and Web research
• Create proposals, sign-off documents, and integration documents.
•  Expected to be thorough with the products of the company and if there are any new developments or innovations going on.
