Job Description:

Overall 6+ years of experience with 2+ years of experience with Vlocity implementation

Hands-on experience in Force.com platform using APEX, VisualForce, Process builders, flows

Experience with Salesforce Vlocity platform capabilities, including DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices and Procedures, OmniScripts, various cards UI framework and building Vlocity custom Templates

Should have expertise in Salesforce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services, Community and Commerce clouds)

Working experience with Salesforce Lightning Aura and Lightning Web Component

Deployment of Omniscript from one environment to another environment

Hand-on experience on Integration, especially good Knowledge in JSON and how integration works in Vlocity

Good knowledge of omniscript UI modification, Building Vlocity custom Templates

Hands-on experience in working with Lightning and design components.

Good experience in Salesforce configuration and mapping features to the business requirements

Should be comfortable working in Agile – user stories, features, story points

Good written and verbal communication Skills

Qualifications:

Engineering Graduate/MBA/MCA or equivalent

Vlocity Platform certification is mandatory and other industry certifications (CPQ, Order Management) are a plus

Salesforce Certifications are Mandatory

Involved in capex,modelling, Budgeting,investment decision making

Should be able to converse well with global stakeholders

O&G, Metals and mining heavy manufacturing Preferred

Others - not a frequent job hopper

Margin optimization -holistic understanding of the O&G P&L (not limited to 1-2 line items only)

• Designing the Mobile Application for our product offering

We are looking for an Assistant Manager in our HR Team (for Employer Branding and Internal Communication) to develop and deliver innovative and effective Employer Branding roadmap and action plans to promote the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires through social media, print and other communication formats and programs. We are looking for someone who can engage well with existing employees and play an important role in internal communication.

This role reports to Head of Human Resources.

KRA:

• Developing a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement roadmap.
• Identifying and working / liaise with third party vendors to establish an overall all framework to continuously enhance and upgrade the Employer Branding and employee engagement to the current and future requirements.
• Planning, establishing, and collaborating with stakeholders to keep the social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding fresh and relevant.
• Responsible for Employee Engagement, Employee Brand Management, Event Management related to employee engagement.
• Leading the development and delivery of internal communication plans and materials and managing events and engagement plans.
• Improving the Employee Engagement Index by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
• Expanding the company's online presence and developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media.
• Acting as Subject Matter Expert within Employer Branding by providing the best knowledge, best practices and innovative solutions to support the business.
• Establish campus connections and drive campus engagement / relationships to build a sustainable employer Brand.
• Identify gaps and early signals of engagement interventions [through L&D, upskilling and other HR interventions] basis the engagement surveys.

• Mock-ups and designs into pages complete with CSS, HTML, and Angular Writing tested, idiomatic, asynchronous and documented Angular, HTML and CSS. 
• Aware of new features in Angular 7,8,9 
• Ability to develop UIT from wireframes & prototypes 
• Write modular, secure, and well-tested front-end code cooperating with the back- end developer in the process of building the Restful API, Develop User interfaces for Modern Rich Internet Applications with the latest Front-End Technologies. 
• Experience Design overall architecture of the web application Proficient understanding of web trends and technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, object-oriented JavaScript, jQuery and Responsive design. 
• Must have experience of working on enterprise single page application can write client-side code for web-based applications, create fast, easy-to-use, high volume production applications, and develop prototypes quickly. Extensive experience of JavaScript, Angular, React and Node.js 

Must to have skills:
