This requirement is for a hands-on developer who shall be involved in the actual coding & development and deployment. You will be part of team building a world class news platform using popular CMS with special focus on seamless UI and high performance. You should have the ability to find the optimal way to implement requirements in a clean, elegant and object-oriented way. Responsibilities Modification, Development & Integration of WordPress themes, Plugins & developing websites using Wordpress CMS & Optimization Well versed with debugging issues and resolving performance bottlenecks Leading and managing day to day project communication. Take technical interviews to build a team Able to develop project plans, timelines and project statuses. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the projects to top management Exp: 5 - 7 years Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 9,00,000 P.A. Best in Industry B. Tech./B.E./MCA, or a related field Skill Required - Minimum 5+ years experience of Wordpress and Web & Application development experience required in PHP, MySQL, XHTML, CSS, Javascript etc. - Excellent Knowledge in MVC frameworks with knowledge in CakePHP, CodeIgnitor, Zend etc. - Proficiency in full stack web-application development (LAMP/MEAN stack) - Extensive experience with MySQL database (including its optimization) - Deep knowledge of Wordpress plugins, Wordpress file structure, common Wordpress issues and resolution - Experience with resolving performance bottlenecks, Wordpress optimization etc. - Knowledge of version control systems (GIT, SVN). Project tracking tool like JIRA. - Knowledge in designing and exposing client API using REST - Awareness of threats relating to web application security and knowledge on how to eliminate them - Application of Quality Assurance methods already at the programming stage ** Immediate Joinee is more preferable.
