Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM) – IT Staffing

Role Overview:

• This is a Business Development role in an IT Staffing & Recruitment company.
• Your primary responsibility will be to bring new clients and generate business for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, and networking.
• Generate leads and convert them into active clients.
• Understand clients' hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals.
• Follow up with clients regularly and ensure smooth delivery of hiring requirements.

JOB PURPOSE

• Develop .NET Core applications using React JS reusable components as per need / client specifications
• This is a hands-on role which involves writing code, testing, and deploying finished web applications and libraries

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
